If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandmother had 2 storage units here for 15+ years and gave this business nearly $25,000. She never missed a payment, and was always on time or even early with payments. She just passed and my family and I had to clear out these units and of course my grandma had made the payment early so when we asked for a prorated amount to help with expenses with her passing etc they didn't even budge. They were always rude to her - and proved no different when we dealt with them. I hope nobody will give them future business.

Katie with Camano Storage is a professional and has provided excellent customer service. Susan Shipe review is completely in accurate. As the Personal Representative for my Fathers Estate, we contracted a storage unit for one calendar year, as a courtesy to our brother, whom was unable to retrieve his few personal items from our fathers house prior to sale. Ms. Shipe harassed Katie by calling multiple times, as well as she texted me multiple times. Requirements to access the unit were given weeks ago and again this week.

There was no $50 fee and Ms. Shipe has no legal rights and or the legal documentation required to access my brothers storage unit. Access was set up for my brother upon his return by the end of they contract. I highly recommend Camano Storage as they provide professionalism and trustworthy service.

The staff here is extremely helpful and the units are very nice and clean. Great prices too. A+++

Been with Camano Storage through 3 owners, since the mid 80s. Current owners are great, always communicative and are continually making improvements to the property.

I have been a client of Camano Storage for a couple of years now. The location is super convenient, extremely secure with on site security and cameras and all at a great price. I have had absolutely no issues with the location or my unit, and the folks who run the place are fabulous to work with. Highly recommended and the best price for what you can get anywhere.

The owners could not be nicer. I have rented a unit with Camano Storage for over a year now and have been impressed by the well kept appearance and the hours of operation. Great local crew!
