I've used other storages. This storage facility is clean with security cameras all over. I actually like this place and the owners are pleasant. It's reasonably priced and in a good location. If you are looking for a storage. Look no further.

The couple that manages this facility were sweet enough to stay open late for us to return our truck and avoid late fees after a cross country move. Their thoughtfulness exemplifies true customer service.

California self storage has been fantastic the service is 5 star and if there was 5 stars more I would give it a perfect 10. The people are caring and thoughtful. The facility is very clean and secure and did not have any worry about story my possessions here. I will recommend this facility to everyone I know. I encourage you as a consumer to rap from them in your time of need.

Ray and Sarah are two of the most wonderful people I know. They are so kind, respectful, and considerate of their clients. They keep very cleans storage units and do security checks 24/7. They have reasonable rates and always make themselves available to you.

Worst service ever! As soon as I started asking questions for info on their services, the Attendant named AMANDA was extremely Rude and disrespectful! She was very confusing with prices and availability, almost as if she was on drugs. when I told her I didnt understand her, she told me to chill out and let her explain. I was very annoyed at this point and then she told us you guys can just leave!

Without offering a clear response or further assistance. That was it we were fed up and I asked her name and she said we needed to check ourselves! Unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope no one else has to deal with her. I will be letting management know asap to help everyone else out! Do yourselves a favor and please go somewhere else.

Love storing here. They are under new management, and the managers, Sarah and Ray, are very friendly. Well kept facility. I would definitely recommend using this storage facility. They keep it very clean, professional, welcoming, and they are always smiling!
