Had both RV and standard storage. Best around very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend! Great communication.

Beware of this shady U-Haul rental for over charging. I rented a 10-ft truck for 4 hours (10:43 AM - 2:20 PM). However, they did not check-in my rental until 4:53 PM so I was charged an extra rental fee ($19.95 + $1.00 environmental fee + tax). When I returned the truck, there were 3 workers and ZERO (0) customers. I think they are not checking in trucks when it is returned and doing them later so they can over charge and get away with it if you don't check your receipt.

If you want your catalytic converter stolen, your storage unit broken into, your rates raised, your unit and valuables locked out and then auctioned off then come here. All the people who made this place great are gone. The new people working here are inattentive, heartless scam artists looking to take your money and feed you lies and sorrys. Look out for rats and snakes inside the office and on the property.

Clean, professional, and prompt in getting back to me. Reasonably priced compared to similar in area. They accommodated my request for a unit with easy access for movers. And they were helpful with answering my questions!

I want to say that the front office at Temescal Cajalco Storage is so accommodating. I so appreciate there Knowledge and helpfulness. Please reward Natalie, Denise and Manny with Big Bonus.

They were very pleasant and happy to accommodate me. Also gave very good pricing. Much lower than the other storage places in the area. I will always use Cajalco-Temescal storage center for my storage needs. Manuel was a star and an asset to the storage center

We have restored our motorhome and trailer at this location for approximately 10 years. Ralph is the BEST! Ralph is the main reason we have stayed for so many years. Ralph always goes above and beyond in customer service.

Great secure spot to store your stuff. Staff makes it easy because they are attentive and always looking out for any troublemakers. Everytime I've come in to drop off or take things out I get a friendly hello, how are you today? And when I leave they say goodbye. They walk the facility constantly. They are supper affordable too!

Josh was extremely courteous and helpful. We may not be able to afford this storage space much longer, but it's nice and clean, and in a good area.

Ralph helped out tremendously just after closing hours due to the pandemic. I was moving my apartment and was short on time to get the final load to the storage unit. I had sent Ralph a text message stating my case and he had helped me in a time of need. Great service! reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this storage facility to all my friends and family.

Great staff always professional and pleseant. I have been utilizing their services on and off since 2008 and I wouldn't go anywhere else! This facility is clean, well organized and secure. Ralph the property manager and Rich are really nice and always willing to help out their customers. Thanks Cajalco Storage for providing us with excellent service.

False advertising. I drove 40 miles one way to get a unit at the Corona facility. They would not honor the prices listed on their own web site. The prices were much higher for a 10X10 unit. They don't honor their own discounts and then they charge extra fees on top of that. I didn't measure their sample units but they sure looked smaller than they were supposed to be.

I have to say the facility was clean and looked secure, so, if you are really desperate and willing to be overcharged.they will be happy to take your money for a six month contract. Left the facility with a real bad taste in my mouth. Take a look at the reviews, all are two years old, would you think that they are phony reviews? Well now you have a current review, much different huh?

I then went to another unrelated storage facility on Green River, in Corona. Let me tell ya, Cajalco Temescal Storage people should go there and get some lessons on how to treat customers, also, honesty in advertising. The competitor's prices were fair, the discounts were real, the facility was nice, the counter people were friendly, and I left feeling like a customer should.happy.

Thank you CT Storage for making my moving experience stress free! The employee (an actual person) was very friendly & informative when I called. I search online for everything & I appreciated their photos, liked their location, & will enjoy their amenities. Their prices were good, and there was no hidden fees; they explained everything to me. When I went down there, the site was clean, people polite, & it felt secure.

They gave us extended access for the long, long moving day we had, with no problems. They also rent U-Haul, I haven't used that yet, but now know where to go. I also got some furniture covers, which were a very good price. I will happily refer my friends & family here should the need for storage arise! Thanks again CT Storage!
