Burlington Self Storage

This building was clean when it was first built a couple of years ago but now its filthy. Dead flies all over all the time and the bathroom is un-usable. They NEVER clean it and there are no paper towels or toilet paper ever. They are quick to raise the rent but not keep it clean. Doesn't seem like its a heavy lift to sweep the place and consistently clean the bathroom. PS Dead flies indicate dead something so somebody might want to investigate.

Kept very clean. You can drive into it if the weather is bad. Quite secure, code needed to enter and leave. Staff is very helpful.

We used this facility as transition storage prior to a move out. I love this place. The last two other storage units I had, I completely loathed. I was happy to give this facility money in return for HONEST pricing and when increases would happen, as well as a very clean and cared for facility. The climate control for most of the units is also very idea, as new England can get fairly soupy from time to time. I have already recommended it to all of my friends that need just a little more space, or some long term storage of items between moves.

Reasonable prices, great access points, loading dock, 24 hour access what more could you want.

Great secure storage for your items. Drive right inside to unload. Easy access to elevators and free carts to use. Super clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A nice convenient location.

I love the ease of being able to drive inside, park your vehicle, and load your belongings on ample amount of readily available carts located at several elevators. Great storage warehouse! The best!

It's clean, airconditioned, and has a drive through indoor unloading space. The wheels on the carts aren't sticky and don't handle poorly. It's well lit and each unit's door moves smoothly.

Place is pretty nice. Air conditioned inside, storage units are nice and secure.

This is a really nice facility, multiple entrances with good access availability. They have a kiosk available to rent a unit or get a lock for your unit when personnel are not available as well. Check out the deal on their website as well, for some nice discounts.

This place is amazing. It's somewhat new. Your can drive in with your stuff. They have elevators and it's conditioned space.

Hello, Well, , after renting a 5x7 space for 1 1/2 years, joyfully I had no issues. Then, Leslie, the most wonderful girl at the desk left the company. Crystal got promoted. Last week. I now rented a 10x12 unit. I had additional items to drop off on Thursday, June 23rd. I enter my keypad and before me was a large uhaul parked in the middle of the bay area.

The contents are dispersed everywhere. I get out of my car and tell the hired drivers the rules.move to the left or right so other patrons can enter/unload. They give me a hard time. Stephanie comes out and tells them to move up. Why were they allowed to drive in and remain in the middle of the bay area & unload? Why wasn't this supervised? There are cameras everywhere?

I am ready to unload and there are no dollies. I ask Stephanie and was told I must go find my own dollies. REALLY? This never happened with Crystal or Leslie. Why should I customer have to find their own dollies? Are n't I now paying $100+ more for more storage?

I have a large "kit" of rolling racks, hangers, tables, chairs, machines, and other things necessary to set up a costume shop at a moments notice. I have rented storage units in the "city" and pulling a 10-ton truck in to load in and load out is a nightmare. While filming in a warehouse in Wilmington I noticed this facility being built. At the end of the year I decided to go check it out since it was time to put the kit to bed until February.

It was awesome. Easy to get into. And the manager is so amicable and accommodating. She understood that having multiple units near one another was ideal for our load in and explained the facility rules of operation/billing/access clearly. The little supply shop was great, too, when we discovered our padlocks were too big. And that we'd run out of shrink wrap. I've suggested this facility to two other stylists and everyone has been thrilled with their experience. Glad to find someplace easy to access and with a small business approach to customer service.
