Very helpful. Lots of options of services and products. And they're very up front if they can't help with a request.

Best place to shop for boxes. We have been customers for years and the new staff and owners are absolutely wonderful! I recently went in to ship some stuff to our nephew and the young man named Michael was eager and friendly to help me with getting it packed and shipped. Thank you so much Boxstop!

Forget the Post Office and long lines. Go to super efficient, fast and friendly service at Box Stop. They do it all, shipping boxes, wrapping, sending, faxing, gift wrap.you name it. Just had some fine China cups wrapped. They are under new ownership and the excellent service continues.

It's ok. Messy. But it's ok. Ups sent me there. Would have preferred a different UPS closer to my house.

Been coming here for years. If you need boxes and expertise, go here. Ken has a large selection and is the most helpful packaging and shipping manager ever. Box Stop features U-Line products, single- through triple-walled, plus packing supplies. I recently shipped a deconstructed office chair, heavy and bulky, in need of lots of support Ken worked with me on sizing options and modified 30 cubed boxes to my specs, helping me save over $100 shipping on each item.

He is patient, full of good humor, and knows his corrugated. Be sure to check out the used section back of house for those specialty and odd sized items recycled by locals. A good deal indeed.

This is the better place than USPS you have three choices to mail from USPS FedEx UPS, Rates are very competitive And this shop locally owned small business. Also if you are moving they have many different shapes and size of the boxes which is really helpful.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They were able to ship my boxes to Spain at a much cheaper rate than the shipping company quoted me. My boxes were packaged very securely, and yet easy to unpack. They were always very prompt in answering any questions I had for them. I highly recommend Box Stop!

Fabulous people to deal with, Always checking the best and cheapest way to ship. I sent a box about one month ago to Italy via DHL and it was in my customers hands only 36 HOURS later! Now THAT'S service! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them.

I have used the box stop as a place to drop off boxes and buy packing supplies for years but for the first time I recently used them to package and ship 2 breakable items for me up to NY. I was too busy to wrap and pack and figured they would get it there safely. Not only did it arrive safely but the recipient messaged upon its arrival bragging about it being the best packing job they had seen. The care the team at Box stop used in packing my shipment made me look good. Highly reccomend them for ALL things packing and shipping A++

This place is my "go-to" for all my shipping needs. They are so kind and they try to get you the best price and shipping options. They've even repacked a box for me so it would ship better and less expensive than what I had brought to them. They also offer gift wrapping year-round, which is a wonderful service! Would highly recommend.

Do not go here for your boxes! They must buy them at a discounted price because they have all at some point gotten damp and smell moldy. I realized this too late after we had already packed and consequently, all of the items in the boxes that can absorb the foul odor, did. I had to rewash all of the clothes and discard the boxes.

Wide selection of boxes I was really surprised. The owner was friendly and helpful. Placed a special order and had it the next day. What more could you ask for!

Extremely poor customer service. The store owner raised his voice then hung up on me and would not help me locate my package. The store is dark and unclean. Fed Ex can you please consider not using this individual.

UPS dropped my package off here since I could not pick it up at home. I attempted to go pick up the package when the store says it is open and of course, it's still closed. Wait around for another 15 minutes.still closed. I drive off because at this point, I'm late for work. After failing to find parking at the Walnut Creek Bart, I drive by the store again, now 30 minutes after it's stated opening time.nope still closed. Being that I work in San Francisco and the store hours are 9(?) - 5:30. how on earth do I get my package.

I'm sad to see any bad reviews of the Box Stop. I sell antiques and vintage items online and often have a need for a weird-sized shipping box. Ken has EVERYTHING. Today I had to ship two antique brass coffin stands (yes really). I had to pack them in one box, because shipping in two would have been ridiculously expensive. He measured them for me, pondered for a few minutes, and then went and got a used box that was the perfect size.

A new box in the same huge size would have cost at least $15. He charged me $5, helped me pack it, and let me leave it in the store while I went home and printed my eBay label and packing slip. I came back and finished my packing and he was as patient and helpful as anyone ever could have been. I have had this experience many times with the Box Stop when my shipping needs exceeded my abilities to figure them out.

He also boxed and shipped a lot of items out of my mother-in-law's estate when my brother-in-law was taking them back to his home. Everything was reasonably charged and there was no damage to anything. No, I don't expect him to provide me with free tape and packing materials. He's in business just like I am. What he provides me is more valuable: expertise that helps me receive my customers their unusual and fragile items intact and as inexpensively as possible. Highly recommended.

Just pray that you don't get this place as a UPS access point because this place is the worst. 1st instance: tracked my package according to my invoice slip and it said my package was there. When I went there Ken, who you can barely understand, said it sometimes takes up to 2 business days for the package to get there and my lookup was wrong. cool. 2nd instance: Came back after the 2 business days to pick up my package.

It was under my boyfriend's name so I brought the slip, proof that I also lived at the address with a letter, and I could pull up the Amazon order on my phone. Ken started arguing with me and calling me a liar. I threatened to call UPS on him (which I did and they are taking care of the situation) and he was like call the police on me and see if I care. Needless to say I've never felt so uncomfortable or had a worker, from a place I was a customer, yell at me which is completely unprofessional. I've never had this much trouble at the Walnut Creek post office which if you live in the area you know it's the worst too. UPS was very apologetic but I will not be stepping inside this establishment ever again. If you want to be completely disrespected here then this is your place.

Had a box with no tape, wouldn't help me, told me I needed to buy an entire roll of packing tape. Avoid.

THE place to go when you don't know how to ship something. Every time I've been here, they solve my problem quickly and with a smile.

Ken is always so kind and helpful, he has been helping me packed and shipped tons of items. He is a little hard to understand sometimes when he speaks, but be patience, he will go out of his way to help you ship anything.

This is a great place to ship anything, the owner is very helpful and makes sure your shipment is packed well. I recommend this place.

This place has super friendly staff! Save yourself a fortune off going to UPS or Fedex. Boxes are inexpensive they tape it up and you can ship it right on the spot. I highly recommend.

Great place, very flexible, very helpful. I really like John, Lisa, and the new guy. They're extremely helpful either finding exactly what size of box I need or working with me on the most cost effective solution. I've yet to have any unpleasant experience. Well, the Powerball tickets they sold me didn't win in any shape or form, but we'll keep working on that.

The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and cut me off before I was done asking about something. Sadly, this establishment was recommended to me, but it is lacking customer service.

I'm really grateful these guys are still here. I feel like a professional mover with all of the materials needed for a quick and uneventful move.

We have shopped at the box stop several times for local moves and now are shopping there for our long distance move. They are always helpful and provide excellent customer service. Their prices are reasonable and they have all the sizes and shapes of boxes one could need.

We like coming here to drop off our boxes Lisa is awesome she is so friendly and nice, we come here weekly. She has a cute dog name Max and he is just so adorable. Also they sell scratchers here. so much fun lol
