Would have been great except they didn't set up my bed. I tipped them very well too. They were very nice & they drove a long way but for what I tipped them they could have put a bed up since I'm older, disabled & was told they would. Other than that it was a good experience

Hometown people, work ethic is great, responsive service. Gives the moving business an A plus. They have moved me 8-10 times, home and business so I should know. Wonderful receptionist as well.

They xalled me back and talked about what it would take to get moved. Friendly and professional, will call when we are ready to move.

When I used them nearly 10 years ago they were amazing! Awesome prices, great service, etc. Forward to 2020, prices have quadrupled! I'm sure they have the same great service, but too expensive for someone like me on a fixed income.

Awesome service from the most friendliest of staff! Thankful for the the old-fashioned customer service that all to often seems to be a thing of the past these days.

Bill's recently moved my parents into a retirement community and they could not be happier with the way they were treated from Jamie doing their quote to the loading crew who exceeded all expectations. They took what would have been a difficult situation and made it easy. I am very grateful to them!

We had the opportunity to use Bills Movers when we moved from our rent house to our new home. The office staff was delightful and a joy to talk to. They came to our rent house and was able to provide a reasonable quote for us. On moving day the guys showed up on time and were a well oiled machine. One guy in the truck organizing the boxes and furniture and two guys with dollies rolling it out.

It took them two trips and it rained. Those guys earned their money and I was humbled to see that there are still people out there with a strong work ethic. The guys were pleasant did an excellent job disassembling and reassembling our stuff. Like I said, a well oiled machine. At the end the quote was the Sam. No hidden fees or charges. If you're needing to move or to take some Large items to a storage facility then give Bills Movers a call. I believe they will give you your moneys worth.

Worst move to date. I used Bills on 3 occasions. Each time Jamie underestimated the amount of time and/or trucks needed to complete the task. The actual movers worked very hard; however Jamie once again did not allow for enough space or time to complete the move. I took him to our storage unit and showed him each detail of the amount of items that were to be included in the move.

He gave us a bid(which was high) and I accepted. As usual, Jamie wasn't in the office when the move was in transit. The move was over 3 hours from Texarkana. The movers loaded up the trucks and didn't even touch our storage unit. We paid thousands of dollars and got other competing bids for the entire move. Bills was over $1,000 more and we used them anyway because they were local.

I am now stuck with a full storage unit in Texarkana and I'm 3 hours away. I called Jamie and he wanted to charge me for the completion of the move that was already paid for! Very deceptive and crooked. I politely told him that wasn't acceptable and declined. This was a deceptive trade practice and BUYERS BE WARE of Bill Movers. They will cheat you! You can bet the BBB will hear about this.

We've used Bill's numerous times and have been pleased every time. They are professional, quick and priced appropriately. Great job guys.

Bill's helped us do some packing and then they loaded a 24' rental truck for us. All of their people were courteous and professional. The movers who unloaded the truck on the other end commented on how well the truck was packed. We highly recommend them.

I needed some moving supplies and searched for a local moving company. Bill's Movers looked good and I was not disappointed. Their prices for boxes, packing material, tape, etc. were very reasonable and they were quite friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Bills Movers helped me move from Texarkana to West Little Rock. They were awesome, it was very quick, the price was right and they even gave us 10 percent off when we mentioned seeing the ad at Health Care Express after we already had our quote. Nothing was broken, the movers were very professional and did an excellent job.
