Both the women who work here are RUDE and need customer svs training. Raise their prices frequently. There was a snake in our storage and items were dirty and wet. I do not recommend this place, extremely rude.

As I was on the phone one of your staff answers and told me that they were at lunch as I was sitting in front watching her on the phone telling me this.

I used this storage facility for 2 1/2 years because my apartment complex had no storage capacity for its units. I did my research and Bear Creek Storage has the lowest rates in the area. Lee, the lady who works on site, was so good to me from time I signed on until I moved out. The storage units are clean, the hours of operation are reasonable and they have auto pay for customer Convenience. I highly recommend this place!
