Reasonable prices, no trash around, and Teresa is a pro! She always keeps me up to date, and has provided excellent customer service for our entire family. Easy access from St Rt 27/275. 4 stars because always room for improvement.

I rented an average size storage unit, in October 2018. I did have to sweep it out before moving my things in. August 2019 is when I moved all my things ou, made sure to sweep very well. What I didn't do was read the fine print in their contract. You have to give a 10 day notice of moving out. I had only given seven days notice. I received after 36 days, my deposit refund check.

Which their contract says 30 days, I paid a 99$ deposit, and received a 74.68$ check as my partial refund because I didn't give the 10 day notice. Also the Lady who runs the place, Theresa, is rude, hateful, short worded and greedy.

I would not recommend renting a UHaul truck from this place. I reserved a truck for a Sunday move and was called by the manager the day before telling me they were having problems with the truck and may not be able to rent it to me after all. Three phone calls later they said they would have it but when I went to pick it up, it turns out that the truck was damaged and dangerous to drive and should not have been rented to me.

We didn't figure this out until we were already loaded up and on the way and the mirrors wouldn't stay in place giving us zero visibility and the engine sounded like it was going to explode. When we returned the truck we notified the manager of the issues and she promised me I would get a refund but she could not process it there, I had to call UHaul.

She said she would mail me a copy of the receipt with the phone number to call. When I got the receipt there was no phone number like she said, so I called the 1800 number on the UHaul website. They took my information and said I would hear from the area manager about a refund. I got an email from the area manager a week later saying they were servicing the damaged truck but no mention of the refund.

I emailed him 3 more times and he never responded. I called the rental place and spoke to the manager Theresa two more times to get in touch with him and never heard back from either one and I've called UHaul two more times. I have never heard back from ANYONE. I have contacted my credit card company about the charge at this point as I have an email from the area manager and a voicemail from the site manager discussing the damaged truck.

I will also be contacting the DOT for the dangerous vehicle they rented me and the BBB for the charges I was told I would be refunded. DO NOT rent a UHaul truck from this place unless you want to pay for a damaged truck that could cause an accident. Horrible experience!
