I am very pleased with Azalea Self Storge. It's clean and the customer service is great! The gal on duty (Tanya?) when I was there last Thursday made sure I had easy unloading access to my unit. I really appreciate that level of service! So happy I chose Azalea Self Storage for my temporary storage!

Really a nice place to do business. Everyone is helpful. The employees go beyond customer service. We are happy to have our camper secured there.

Stuart was nice he works at the actual location. Had to deal with penske customer service and the guy tells me I don't want to get into an argument with you. I laughed and told him to have a nice day. What ever happened to customer service

There is no rating for -5 stars or I would be rating it as that. I paid for the month of January and February in December, so when I vacated the unit in January, I was expecting a refund of one month of $82.00. My husband died in January and that was my reason for closing out the unit. After two weeks of asking and getting no answer other than we don't have many folks that pay in advance, I got my answer today that no matter how many months you pay in advance, you will not get a refund. So please, please people don't give these folks any additional money in advance because you will never see it in a refund.

This place will screw you over on every cent they can. After being a loyal customer for 1.5yrs I will be moving my items elsewhere! DO NOT rent a unit at Azalea Storage! They tell you the payment is due by the 5th but if that's a day they're closed you get slapped with a $15 late fee. Thanks!

I shouldnt be writing this in the angered state i am in. EVERY month there is an issue with my payment. I put my CC on file.,i t was charged multiple times bc they "didn't look to see if it was already paid". At that moment i asked that my cc info be removed. One month i called in to pay. No one answered. It said to leave a msg and they would call back. NO ONE CALLED BACK. Called.

No answer. Was charged a late fee for non payment. Called in on sunday to pay. No answer. Sent an email with my cc info so it could be paid!. No response. Called again and was told she would take care of the payment. I specified to used the cc on the email. "Ya no pronblem, i will send a confirmation email when i'm done." I got the email. TODAY I GO TO PAY MY RENT AND IT IS DECLINED!. She has used my cc that i asked to be removed months ago! NOT THE CC INFO I SENT VIA EMAIL. Incompetent. Its ridiculous!

Horrible! I have rented Penske trucks on two different occasions and returned them to this location. Both times I filled the tanks with fuel as far as I could get it with out it spilling out all over my feet! Both times Azalea told me that because they could not touch the fuel in the tank with there damn pinkie finger that they had to charge me and say the truck was returned not full! Ridiculous!

I could understand if this happened once.fine but now a second time. You would be much better off returning your Penske somewhere else. Also when pleading with the stuff on duty to be understanding, she had no remorse and was actually extremely rude and unprofessional. I recommend that you stay away from this business!
