I Love the Auto Inn! I saw a car for sale and went and meet with Bob. This was the first car I have ever bought on my own and Bob made it so EASY! He explained everything to me. I am so happy with my car!

**this is not a review of The Auto Inn - I didn't want to give them a bad review but this is relevant for anyone who is booking parking through SpotHero. For my trip to the airport, I had booked a spot here on SpotHero and luckily I called "Nick" for a shuttle ride before I drove here. I was told that The Auto Inn no longer does parking and though I had booked a spot, as of a few months ago, this no longer exists as a place for long term parking. Luckily, the woman I spoke to on the phone gave me another number to call and I was able to book a spot at a place called The Lot @ PSP (highly recommend).

Absolutely horrendous customer service, actively trying to scam customers, would not recommend leaving these people responsible for your vehicle under any circumstances.

Probably one of the worst customer services I've ever experienced. Cars are way overpriced. Felt racially profiled when I did a test drive. Was gone for 10 minutes and got a phone call accusing me of theft.

Terrible service here. Found this place online to store my car while I went on vacation for a week. When I returned the garage my car was contained in had been opened while I was away. I thought nothing of this till I saw that my car has scratches and overall damage that was not there before I left. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Nick at Auto Inn is the absolute best! Not only is the Auto Inn a great value but the pick up and drop off shuttle service has always been spot on!

I needed to leave my car close to the Palm Springs airport and I chose The Auto Inn I received wonderful service and I will continue to use this company.

This place is awesome! The level of service is a 10! The shuttle van is clean. They drop you off and help with your luggage. You text the day you are coming home and then when you get in and they are there within 5 minutes. Don't look anywhere else! This is the place!

Set up my car's overnight stay for a few days with Nick at the Auto Inn. Everything went perfectly. Very professional, prompt, and most of all made me feel safe and secure knowing my vehicle was in a good close-by place while I was out of town. I'd always recommend the Auto Inn to anyone who needs a great place.

Amazing service and price. We live in Joshua Tree and park our car at The Auto Inn with Nick every time we travel. He picks you up and drops you off and even rents cars! It is a complete 5 stars service that we feel comfortable recommending.

I am not sure exactly what happened but early morning, when we arrived to the location on Gene Autry no one - and I mean not a soul was anywhere to be found! There were no instructions as to where to park or what to do. All of the doors were locked to all of the buildings and we simply didn't know what to do! We finally called the telephone number on the confirmation email and got in touch with a customer service agent (keeping in mind, we were on a tight schedule to get to our flight on time). Thankfully, the lady on the phone was able to track our reservation number and credit our account accordingly.

I truly feel as if there was some sort of a communication breakdown, which is why no one was there to receive us. The place looks very nice and I hope to give them another try in the future.

I had driven by The Auto Inn a number of times on my way to and from the Palm Springs Airport. On a whim I popped in to see what they were about. Wow what a surprise! Robert and Nick walked my buddy and I through their facilities and shared with us their various offerings. Their commitment to delivering a superior product and or experience was refreshing. My dealings since then have been nothing but positive.

Thank you for correcting your father's mistake Nick. The Auto INN will be in good hands with you as the new Owner.

We use the Auto Inn parking while going on a trip, It was great, It was close, clean and safe area, Nic was on time picking us up from the airport. We will definitely use this parking lot again when we travel from the airport.

The business is 6 stars! Robert Defazio and his son Nick own and operate this auto storage and sales business. You can count on being treated with respect, honesty and integrity. They went the extra mile to be sure my car fully met my expectations. Robert volunteered to work directly with the Porsche dealership to be sure the car was properly inspected and prepared for sale. He saved me hundreds of dollars in the process! Don't store or sell your car without talking to them first.

I had to store my car for short term, off-site, airport storage. They are the fastest service I have ever had with dropping off my vehicle. From pulling up to getting an immediate ride to the airport, they are hands down phenomenal at what they do. While not their original intent in getting in business, (high-end, indoor vehicle long term storage) they are clearly equipped and capable to adapting, suiting differing needs, and accomplishing what they need to do to help you and take care of your vehicle.

Parking at The Auto Inn is a breeze! From arriving at The Auto Inn to hopping out of the shuttle at the airport took under 10 minutes! I really appreciated my interactions with Nick, who is friendly and timely. This parking facility is such a gift of an alternative to the pricey on-site airport parking. As a frequent traveler residing up the hill in J Tree, this is very a sensible choice for me.

Parking here was extremely easy and a great deal. Nick was very communicative on the shuttle offers and even came back to grab us when we were delayed on our return. He was extremely friendly and we will for sure be parking here again!

I stored my car this summer at Auto Inn and I highly recommend them. Nick was professional and flexible. Because of COVID, our plans to leave Palm Springs had to be revised several times and he completely understood and adjusted to our new date needs very time. When we picked up the car, which was well cared for, he had fixed a few scratches & nicks without charging me even though I offered to pay. This is a guy and a business people should support if they need to safely store their car in PS.

Booked very last min. The owner replied to my yelp message (after business hours) right away to assure I could park there the next day at 5am for my flight out of Palm Springs. Super friendly! Quick drive to the airport in a nice vehicle. Easy, just drove right in parked, got my suitcase out of the car and jumped in the car to head to airport! Safe place to park, your car is on a camera monitored. Cheaper than airport parking. Thank you so much Nicholas

Amazing is an understatement! Bob and his team provide the finest in Auto Storage in the country. The facility is spotless and secure. Jeri the office manager treated me like a long lost friend and Brandon the detail specialists can make your auto look like a concourse classic. Thank you for storing our vehicles.

I bought a classic vehicle in the Palm Springs area, arranged a transport to come get it, in the meanwhile I needed the car stored while I was waiting for it to be picked up after I flew home. I called these guys, they welcomed me in, took the car with gentle care, secured it, communicated professionally, and let me know when the car was picked up.

Oh did I mentioned the Manger (Jeri) also dropped me off at the airport to fly home. Doing business with this company was nothing but 5 stars! If you have a luxury car and need storage close the airport. I recommend them!

We visited this place last week and were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the operation. We were looking for a climate controlled place to store my wife's car for the summer They gave us a tour of the place and I was like going into an automobile Museum There were very many classic cars stored Very clean environment. We decided to store car for five months I'll do another review in October
