This size unit yields 25 square feet of space. Although these 5x5 units are small, they are an excellent size to store all of your extra items, like garden tools, seasonal items, office supplies, or your miscellaneous boxes. This size unit yields a total of 50 square feet of space, perfect for storing an entire bedroom or office.
Start by gathering as many boxes as you think you will need as well as tape, markers, and packing material (e.g., foam shipping noodles, bubble wrap, packing paper or towels). Make up an inventory list of your items and keep it in a safe place (at home or in a safe deposit box) away from the unit. Be sure your boxes are strong enough to hold 25-30 pounds (although we suggest not putting too much in each box).
Because our units range in size, we provide an easy-to-use Size Guide that will help estimate a size that's right for you. Units vary in size from 25 to more than 300 square feet. The facility itself is clean, safe and secure. Units do collect a lot of dirt and dust from when they clean the streets with a leaf blower. All the stuff in my unit has to be cleaned off before removing so that's a bit of a pain. Wish they stayed open a bit later but other then that it's a nice place to store your stuff.

This places is always immaculate and well maintained. The associates that work their are polite and professional. One time I drove a little fast and the manager was so professional in sharing what the speed limit was and why it was important to follow the speed limit. They treat this place like they own it. Easy access in and out and close to the freeway. If you need to store something, this is THE place to go. I highly recommend this place.
