We had a wonderful experience moving with Imlach Group! Our movers Stefan & Kevin were very polite & helpful throughout the whole moving experience. They communicated with us on their arrival to each house, packed up our whole apartment, drove it a far distance without breaking anything. They brought boxes to the new house room locations & assembled furniture.
They were diligent with time & tried to make an effort to be accommodating to us during the moving process ( such as packing various items at the end to accommodate our needs & comfortability with the moving process). Imlach checked in with us through each step to ensure the process was going according to plan. We cannot recommend them & this moving company enough! Thank you for all your help.

My company contracted imlach to move me and my fiance to my new job site almost 2,000 miles away. I have nothing but great things to say about each part of the moving process. All the backend support/assistance I received from the company has been great. They were very helpful, understanding and responsive. The movers themselves were very professional and moved everything out quickly. I had never hired movers before but they made me feel very comfortable and I will certainly be hiring movers for my next move.

I was quite pleased with my dealings with Imlach right from when Durand came out to evaluate what I had up to when the four movers delivered the last load of furniture and boxes. I appreciated the fact that they brought runners to protect floors and carpet. They even stayed to help my son set up the light bridge and mirrors on my bedroom set. Job well done!

Contrary to what is usually the story with movers, I had an amazingly good experience. To begin with the price was fair and the estimator was clear about all the details of the quote, I had a choice of days when they could arrive and in fact they were exactly on target. All of the workers were courteous and gentle with my possessions. John Brown, the driver was amazing as was everybody that reached out to me during the process and delivery, again right on time as promised. I can highly recommend this company for both value and quality. Better than good. Excellent! I am extremely pleased and would without a doubt use this firm again.

Our first move by a professional team, and I want to say that it was flawless. The communication from Durand (Director, Relocation Services) we exceptional. He came out and gave us plenty of options and discussed the process with us as he was estimating the items to be moved. We ended up packing all of our belongings ourselves, except the furniture. Imlach Group called and confirmed the truck load date a few days before the truck arrived.
The driver, Eric, Shawn, the master Tetris packer, and the rest of the team were very respectful and treated our belongings as if they were their own. They laid out mats were the dollies would be used and wrapped the doorways with blankets so they wouldn't get dinged up! They wrapped everything with moving blankets that wasn't in a box. While the team was loading the truck I received several calls to inquire how the load was going and if we had any issues.
The truck arrived on time for the unload and that team was also extremely courteous and carefully unloaded and transferred our belongings to their designated spots. It was a very stress less move, and not one ding or scratch in any of our furniture and no damage to any of items we boxed ourselves. I would highly recommend Imlach Group to anyone needing relocation services! Well done team, and thank you for taking great care with our items.

We were able to have our questions answered ahead of time, during and afterwards by Imlach Relocation director Durand. He was ready to help however he could before pickup and after drop off. I didn't realize he was with Imlach but thought it was Atlas. He was a pleasure to talk to and work with in every conversation. The moving crew wasn't what I expected after talking with him. Imlach driver and movers showed up ready to go with Atlas written across the semi.
I had to ask their names and see Imlach on their shirts to make sure I knew who'd be working with me. They seemed to do good work. They wrapped couches and dissembled what they could. Every item was numbered with a sticker and loaded into a computer. The delivery date changed due to weather by a day so the driver called. We were able to secure a rental home the day before delivery and have our stuff delivered there instead of storage.
If you do not have something covered, it will likely have some sort of damage so pack well or make sure the movers pack well. They stack and cram every space tall and wide. The job got done but I'm sad to see more damages as I unpack. So good and not so good things in there.

Durand and team at Imlach/Atlas are wonderful. I had a very complicated move that required me to reschedule and cancel on multiple occasions due to the construction of my house being delayed. Durand and team were able to pivot and change with all my requests and never missed a beat. Fantastic bunch of people. You definitely want them behind you in a move! thanks so much Durand and team. I will definitely call back with any future moves.

WARNING: THEFT! Do you ever wonder what happens when a business replies to a bad review and they offer the CEO's name and phone number who "will be happy to work with you toward a resolution"? I can answer that. NOTHING. The CEO, Gregg Imlach, was one of the multiple people we spoke to directly, who absolutely did not "make the situation right" for us.
He told us he didn't have the "authority" to do so (yes, the CEO), but also didn't connect us to the person who could. You might be thinking, wow, are you really still annoyed by this years later?. Am I still saddened about losing irreplaceable family heirlooms. yup. Am I still frustrated that companies try to save face on review sites, but then turn around and do nothing offline. yup. Am I still recommending that you hire ANY other moving company. YUP!

This was our first move using movers. Durand and the whole Imlach crew made it an easy and pleasant experience from beginning to end at an affordable price. The moving crew treated our things as if they were there own. The whole move was done carefully, and efficiently. We even received two phone calls during the move to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend the Imlach group to anyone considering hiring movers.
