41broken items so far, even though everything breakable was marked fragile on 3to 5 sides, marked top and this side up! I even color coded each box to the right rooms. They didn't listen when I asked them to be careful and stacked 4 and 5 heavy boxes on top of boxes marked fragile! They even scraped wooden furniture into freshly painted walls. Very careless!
