Arco's Self Storage & Wine

This is hands down the best storage facility in the Bay Area, and I have had a lot if storage units at different places over the years. The facility first: it is secure as hell, no one is getting in my units with the gate security, the millions of cameras everywhere, the structure of my unit which is solid metal with no netting on any side, and the location of the facility itself.

The layout of the place is well organized with wide hallways for easy maneuvering even with big furniture. They have lots of hand carts, easy drive-up, and the place is.drum roll please.clean! And well air-conditioned throughout. Now for the staff: they are all of these things and I swear on my children's lives that this is the truth: courteous, helpful, patient, kind, informative, giving, attentive, and they go above and beyond to help.

In every phase of this they have been great- finding the right units, signing me up, letting movers bring stuff in, treating me well when I come to visit, they offer coffee and water as I work through the day in my unit. It's unreal. They are so wonderful. I recommend this place and these people highly! Thank you all for your help Arco's!

Love this place! Clean! Safe! Reliable! Friendly! Convenient! Communication A+++ I'd had a really bad experience with movers and they did not take all the stuff they said they would. I was panicked. Called Arco to find out about storage options. They gave me my options. More than willing to give me a tour of the facility to actually SEE my options. No games. No run around. No hidden fees. Made a really stressful situation just a little better! If you happen to go by, ask for Weslei! Such a great experience!

Very upfront professional people, just talking to his employees. Seems like he's one that takes care of his employees and I'm sure they treat him the same. Everyone in all that I have to deal with has always shown me professional services.

I just had the best experience setting up a large storage unit here. The staff - Shanidra, Weslei and Jocelyn were incredibly helpful, informative, patient and professional. The facility is extremely clean and security cameras throughout. Really pleased I found this place for my storage needs. Prices are within line of other places nearby but the facility is better kept and secured. Even has wine storage, who knew!

We were greeted warmly by Shanidra. She gave us a nice tour of the facility and informed us of everything we needed to know. She was very thorough, pleasant and professional. I definitely recommend storing your belongings here.

I would recommend Arco Self Storage to anyone. The facility was clean and temperature controlled. I did not have to worry about my stuff getting damaged or stollen. We were helped by an employee named Shanidra Antoine. She was amazing from the time we rented till the time we left. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. She provided awesome customer service which made everything easy from start to finish.

Shanidra and Julie really went out of their ways to give us an incredible experience in a definitely trying time. They swiftly handle the paperwork so we could get to the business of storing. Arcos is always my choice when it comes to quality spaces no mold no risk of theft. It's well lit, clean and all around a great place to store your things.

Moving is never easy, and a few months ago i was faced with finding somewhere to store all of my belongings. Luckily, after speaking with the staff at Arco's Self Storage a few times I decided that this was the right fit for me. The facility in South Lake Tahoe is clean, nicely set up, and I felt safe and comfortable each time I would go to the location by myself.

I personally have stored my belongings with two other storage companies before and this is the one would return to if need be. Angelo with Arco sent a welcome letter and personalized it with a nice note at the top, and each time we spoke on the phone was very kind showing me great customer service. Thanks Arco team!

I've been storing my belongings with Arco's Storage facility for a few years now, and it has been nothing but ease throughout my time with them - from easy access to your account information online to reliable and safe storage units. It's extremely accessible as I am able to simply drive directly to my storage unit to pick up and/or drop off my items as I please, and their great access hours makes this effortless as well.

The units are very well kept as I've never had an issue with leaks, overheating, or anything of that nature. They monitor their facility with surveillance cameras, which has always assured me my stuff is safe in every unit. The management and staff have always also been very professional, welcoming, and honest. I would highly encourage new storage customers, and customers who are paying for storage units elsewhere, to store their items and belongings with Arco's Self Storage. Their prices are fair and reasonable; they're reliable and safe, and their customer service is outstanding. Keep up the great work!

Arco's proves there's way more to storage than a building. This storage facility provides easy accessibility in a well lit safe environment. Contacting management is easy and the staff take a personal interest in the safety of my belongings.

Clean inviting grounds, courteous management, clean large units and reasonable rates. I've used Arco's storage in the Bay Area. I was thrilled when I learned they opened up in South Lake. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Just moved my stuff in earlier this month and so far I'm very impressed. We were coming from out of state and we did a lot of research into all the storage facilities in and around the Turlock area and Arco seemed the most promising. I reserved the unit site-unseen and was pleased when I got there. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. and management is super friendly.

They even give you an awesome bucket of goodies when you move in! Bottled water, snacks, packing supplies, etc. They also called me a couple weeks after moving in to make sure we were happy with their service, which was nice. The site is very secure. Gated, security cameras, and a person who lives on site 24/7 - all things that are important to us. Prices are as good as, if not better than other storage places in the area. I would highly recommend Arco's!

I love this storage company the people are friendly and always smiling especially Tonya she is always smiling and courteous has cookies coffee hot chocolate always available and is very knowledgeable about the products you sale.
