After reading the reviews here i decided that this may not be where i want to rent at because of mixed good and bad reviews the storys about the lady there scared me off lol. So im not even going bother calling this place till they can get a 5.0 rating from Google i am keep it moving from this place.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The older woman that works there is BEYOND IGNORANT. You should NOT work with the public if you're going to be nasty. I took my business elsewhere due to her. Looking at their previous reviews now she seems to be an on going issue.

Lack of customer service. Old woman and man sitting at desk, complete joke. Rented a unit for 5 years and they treat their customers like trash. Would recommend giving your money to ANYONE else in the area. Lesson learned, take your business somewhere else.

There is a guy thats up there. we asked for the rental truck that was 19.95 and told us he didn't have one as we were staring at the one sitting right outside the build. them proceeded to get on the phone and didn't say anything after that. So we just left.

Horrible place I was denied entry into my storage unit and told it was because I hadn't paid in 5 months when I showed the receipts proving that I paid they claimed they still couldn't let me in because it wasnt in their systems. Every one there is rude and unprofessional.

The Caucasian man started flirting with my wife, I don't know his name that's why I referred to him as I did. This place is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend going here at all!

They prorate to move your belongings in but not to move out. The owners are unprofessional and rude. The best part is Tom, Tom is super nice.

I spoke with Cathy on the phone to resolve some issues and she is rude. Terrible customer service skills! Thank god I was able to get help from Tom who has more of a pleasant demeanor. Tom should be the manager :
