We had such a great experience with not just their 32nd St. facility but also at 28th St. and Armor right around the corner since we rented and referred family at all 3 places we could not be any happier after having horrible issues at the other local storage facilities near by! Debbie, Joel, Katherine and the rest of the staff have always been so friendly and respectful, their facilities are always extremely clean, no pest or rodent problems, no loiterers, and we don't have to worry about break ins with all the security cameras they have everywhere on top of the staff always making rounds on the property we all feel safer just being there!
Which was key after being broken into at other storages in the past. To make things better the owner of the facilities (Mr. Peterson I believe) is extremely active within the community sponsoring tons of youth activity leagues and participating in what seems like every charity and donation drive as well as the local law enforcement charity and donation / drop off events right at his facilities, how awesome is that!
To top it all off they have the best prices that match the quality of service we would give more than 5 stars if we could! Happy employees creating a happy peaceful stress free environment for their stressed out customers, Thank You Guys! Highly recommend. Great job folks!

I think the people there are rude you can't manage towards your long as you have a driver's license that's ridiculous no smoking on the campus what is it matter nothing's going to catch fire I mean there's storage units I mean why I do storage it's not like that they don't care as long as you're not smoking and someone else's storage I'm trying to catch something on fire it's ridiculous how they are they rule the world or something rudeness

I'm sharing a unit with a friend and overall it's a decent storage yard. I can't give them a higher rating because they have an absurd (to me) policy that they won't rent to you if you don't have a driver's license. I don't own a car and I get around fine on transit so I have an ID not a driver's license. I wanted to move my things to a small unit and I now have to move them to another storage because I am not welcome here. Seems dumb to discriminate against a person for not driving.

Place is awesome very cllean my first time there and was very impressed. I did not see any bugs of any kind. The staff was very professional and friendly. The down side is they close extremely early at 5:45 pm today and that is something one should consider otherwise for the price you definitely get what you pay for here. Security is top notch with cams on every row.

Has the best prices for a storage facility I've found yet. You get a huge storage container for under $100! Helpful staff and the gentleman/grounds keeper who initially gives you a tour is super funny but to the point and informative! Decent entey/exit hours and has a strict policy with entry/exit methods but is a great measure of security so you know your items are safe!

Worst experience I have ever had in customer service. When I signed a agreement with them on a special they told me if I left early all I had to was give a 30 day notice and I would receive a full refund for any time I had left. I signed up for a six month deal was only there 30 days and they now say there are no refunds. I even offered to make an arrangement for a negotiation and management wouldn't even take my call. they flat out refused to even speak to me about my issue.
The gentleman I spoke with said they (management) have no interest in speaking to any current clients and that he could handle it. That being said. I believe they will just have an empty bin on their lot for 6 months at a half price rate. Unfortunate for them because its worth more than the $45 a month Im paying for it in the long run. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE NEGATIVE STAR RATING IF POSSIBLE! Just goes to show you what kind of business this really is.
