WARNING! Do not use this company. They broke my dining room set. Promised to reassemble furniture but showed up with no tools. Left other people's furniture I didn't initially notice at my house and when I calland told them they said oh well. They lost the screws to my bed set. Lost one of the legs to my sectional and finally my microwave never made it to my house. Pam told me one day oh we have trucks everywhere we will get someone out to you to reassemble the furniture.

The next day oh we don't have anyone in that area. This is the most unprofessional service I've ever used. Also I'm willing to bet the positive reviews are phony. If you look closely at what places the reviewed many of them just happened to use the same companies? Ya ok. Do your home work people. The worst. then they offered me 125 dollars to take my review down.

Worst business experience of any private company. I requested a refund from this moving company after determining their services to be woefully inadequate and unprofessional by reviews (I planned my move months in advance and made the mistake of paying their $100 deposit). Their contract and representatives agreed that I would receive a refund that would take up to 10 business days.

It has been more than 30 days and no refund has been issued. They have a customer representative email for refunds. I have sent 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks with no reply, I also called multiple times to request the deposit refund as agreed. If this is how their business operates they certainly will not be getting any of mine.

The initial process went smooth. My estimate was a little over $9000, when all-in-one finished loading my belongings onto their truck, the driver said that it was $16000 now. He said that my estimate was incorrect, so after going back-and-forth for a while it was miraculously $12000. It really was not a professional move, there were a lot of kinks in the process that shouldn't have occurred. Stick to the major moving companies!

AVOID! STAY CLEAR! Don't be fooled by the rating. I requested a quote from them in March 2022 for moving from NJ to GA. After repeated calls and text from the rep Jay, i decided to go with them. I provided as much details as possible, even offered to provide pictures of all my boxes and items. Jay quoted $2300 / 479 cubic feet since i did not have much stuff.

I was told I would not have to pay for taking items up to the second floor in GA, that this fee was waived. I know better now their words mean nothing. The day of pick up the foreman "Oscar" came and said it will be about 700 to 800 cubic feet, at which point I told him I will remove some items I don't think is necessary. He tried to deny me access to my own items in my own home stating I must sign the paperwork before I can touch anything in my home.

After loading the truck I asked "Oscar" to see how much space my items took in the truck and he refused. I paid with a bank money order and a check which they gladly accepted. I also gave "Oscar" a tip in the form of a check at which point i found out that "Oscar" is really Jose Ruiz. Fast forward to 11 days later when delivery arrived in GA, All In One Moving will not accept the same payment method which I paid in NJ (Bank Money order).

They will only accept Cash or Postal money order on delivery. At this point I had to go to the bank to get cash before my items could be unloaded from the truck. The driver then states "well they may have told you they waived the upstairs charge but on delivery its going to be an additional $150 to take your items upstairs", at which point I refused, and asked all my items be placed in the dining room on the first floor As soon as my last item was off the truck and the helpers contracted by them were still moving items into the house the truck driver sped off.

The contracted helpers then left my remaining items in the driveway/garage and ran into their vehicles and sped after him, stating they're sorry but the driver did not pay them and they need to leave to track him down for payment. I contacted Jay and office manager Kristina, several times only to get a text message from Jay saying sorry for my moving trouble and that he was unable to contact anyone in the office who could assist me.

My experience with All in One Moving was horrible and will never recommend this company to anyone. So please do not be fooled by their ratings. Avoid this company at all cost or else you will regret your moving experience.

We hired All In One through a broker, Trinity Van Lines, who promised white-glove service. What we got was rude, belligerent movers who damaged our home and furniture during the move in and move out. There were missing items as of the move in and to top it off since we had to leave our furniture in their storage facility for a few weeks, our couch came back with a mouse problem that went undetected for a week. Do yourself a favor and do not hire them. They are completely unprofessional.

Wow what an experience they picked up my son's items on January 3rd and held them in storage until January 13th. Finally we received the furniture on that Sunday January 16th. The dispatch was nice but there are things about their CONTRACT that you must read. Like they can store your items up to 21 days. That it's only an estimate when talking to them on the phone, the real cost comes into play when they actually pack your items on the truck.

To make a long story short. It seemed like they out serviced my move to Triple Z trucking and they were awesome. The driver called me the day before and his guys that moved the items into the apartment were very nice. Use All in one at your own risk. My experience wasn't the greatest but working with Triple Z trucking located in Hollywood, Florida was the best.

The guys that came from All in one to pack up my son's apartment was great, everything was packed and wrapped nicely. My son received all of his items nothing missing or damaged. JUST READ YOUR CONTRACT

Don't go here! I rarely post but the service here was poor enough to warrant it. The company kept tacking on random charges to the original agreed amount. My final charge ended up being 20% higher than what was originally agreed to, and they took over a month to deliver my belongings. Movers also did not come during an agreed upon window, both at move-out and for delivery.

Did not make window for pick up or delivery. Furniture was delivered at 6:45PM on a week night and did not finish until almost 10pm. The 18-wheeler literally had a piece of white paper with sharpie writing duct taped on for a license plate. The driver refused to attempt to drive to the apartment, despite confirmation with the rental property that 53' trucks have been back there before and was charged $75 per 50' for almost 300' that had to be paid then and there.

Who has that much cash on them? Everything that came off that truck was absolutely filthy. I had brand new industrial storage bins that looked like they went through a tornado and where cracked. My peloton foot stand was broken and now the bike is extremely wobbly. My mattress, which I paid extra to protect was absolutely filthy and needs replaced.

All of my nice real wood furniture is chipped. The glass in my coffee table is scratched. The walls were scratched. The movers were supposed to set the TV up, as I paid for packing of it and they did not. The icing on the worst cake of my life was the driver. At 10pm when they finished, he asked if he could use the restroom 'real quick'. He was in there for about 10 minutes and when he came out he did not have a shirt on.

When I went into the bathroom after, it was soaked. The floor, the counter, everything on the counter and my hand towel was dripping. Totally inappropriate and disgusting! I will be pursing legal action.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOUR THINGS! We hired All in One Moving & Storage out of Saddlebrook, NJ to move TWO small rooms of items from a studio apartment in NYC to WA state. The move took place 6/17/17, arriving in WA state 6/29/17. The movers packed the items for me. I was on site and supervised the packing. An estimate on 6/15/17 was for 331 cu.ft - the movers measured the load after packing the truck, adding 110 extra cu.ft for a total 441 cu.ft.

I do NOT dispute the additional cu.ft; however, upon arrival in WA state, the load had been condensed into a reduced number of boxes that were packed in NYC. At the time of packing, there were 63 items, including 28 boxes numbered with labels #151 to #214. All in One Moving & Storage defrauded me by charging me for a 441 cubic foot load, then condensing the load into a far smaller load--in the process, they dumped multiple boxes into one box, discarding the packing material to make it fit.

They did this numerous times, with numerous boxes having two of the original labels on one box, and numerous boxes having no labels at all but with items unprotected and tossed into a single box to take up less space. In addition to that, the condition of the load that arrived reflected severe compaction of the boxes and other articles--our load was underneath something very very heavy, crushing the caster legs of a heavy desk, an expensive bicycle with bent and crushed wheels, and boxes that were compacted and crushed.

Many boxes were dripping with motor oil, presumable from whatever had been set on top of the whole thing. We did not see the motor oil until the next day when we were unpacking boxes, but the effect of crushing was evident on the whole load. One of the movers on the Washington end confirmed that the moving company had condensed the contents of several boxes into one, hence the multiple labels on one box. Again, I was present in NYC and supervised the packing -- at the time the load was measured and I was charged for the larger cubic feet amount, every single box had ONE LABEL on it, not multiple labels, and the boxes were used singly and not shoved one inside the other to make two or three boxes fit into one box.

I believe this moving company's practice constitute deception and fraud to cause the consumer to pay more money in cubic feet than the number of cubic feet actually moved. Since this company charges by cubic feet and not weight, it would be very lucrative for them to do this. I realize they are liable for the damage to my items only by a much smaller measure of 60 cents per pound, but that is not the issue here. The issue is fraud and charging thousands of dollars more to the customer than the actual load is worth.
