By far the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. When I had a truck full of stuff to move into my unit nobody was around to let me into the facility. Cody is hands down the worst, most awful and immature individual I've ever dealt with. Not a good way to retain customers when you swear at them and threaten them. Will never do business here again.

They're suppose to be open this morning, and they're not. Complete set back on my project due to the location not opening and the poor communication between the employees and Penske representatives. Going forward, if you're going to close for whatever reason please communicate to all parities that need to be informed.

Not temperature controlled all are outside units with no heating as they say they are! They don't work with you when you're not getting paid by your employer or if you're under medical care and making attempts to pay. They also do not stand by original agreements like they agreed to rent 2 10x10 units for the price of a 10x20 until one became available.
Then I started getting billed for 2 10x10 units instead of the 10x20 price! They then avoid speaking to you when they know they are in the wrong and then sell everything without any chance of finding a solution. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! You would do better at (I believe) A & A Mini Storage on Highway 14 West in Rochester Minnesota! They listen and try to help in any way possible as long as you are trying to keep up paying!
The storage units are just like those at climate Control storage except they don't make false claims about their units! So All Climate Control Storage you don't have heated units at least not NW so you lie about the units and charge a much higher price! The pictures posted for the NW units are nothing like the actual storage site So again more LIES!
How can you trust a storage company that tells more LIES than truths? Karma will hold true SO. What goes around comes around and will bite you in the backside 3 times harder! Trust me I've been there and it's called the 7 year PLAGUE of bad Karma!
