Have had a unit here for a while now, probably about 2 years I believe. When I first started coming here, it was really nice. They had plenty of carts, nice drive in garage that was always kept tidy. Lately though, things have taken a turn for the worst. The office hasn't been very helpful when issues arise and now they lock the carts in the office, which isn't ever hardly open and can't be accessed without going outside. Needless to say, I an going to be looking into other places and move our asap unless something changes for the better.

This place has continuously gone downhill the last couple years. There was a change in management (owners?) and it shows. What once was clean with staff that was welcoming, has now become filthy with staff that acts like you are bothersome. I have received erroneous bills and when I have gone to the office during business hours the couple that works there has a hard time comprehending the situation.
They also have zero customer service skills. I asked if they owned the facility and they became very rude and confrontational. If the owner reads this, you need new managers and janitors. You never should have changed staff.

Please help or send info where I can get positive feed back. We rent space @ Pelham MN location (3yrs) The previous mgmt was excellent.this new pair are very very rude with no customer service skills. Latest encounter : my payment didn't show and I got negative emails & letters. When I finally got thru I was told that system sometimes does that? ignore it? no apology no logical explanation and very dismissive attitude.
I have never missed a payment in 3 years. I am not being treated like a valued customer. The current management is not professional with unacceptable behavior. They do not like their job & it shows.
