CLOSET SPACE: This is our smallest storage space. It is capable of fitting a couple of small furniture items and several small boxes. It's perfect for storing seasonal items or for the college student returning back to school in the fall. STUDIO OR SMALL 1 BEDROOM APT: This is our most popular size.

This facility was originally called Alameda Mini Storage, but it was recently bought by Storage King USA. The facility is fenced and well monitored by video surveillance. There is a wide range of unit sizes, including some that are climate-controlled. Reasonable access hours from 7:00A to 9:00P all week long. Now requires renters to carry insurance, but my homeowners insurance policy ended up providing sufficient coverage. Storage in the Denver metro is all over-priced, but the rates here are comparable to the local competition.
