Services
Refrigerators and/or freezers should be thoroughly dry and stored with doors slightly ajar. Some goods can be stored inside large appliances and boxes can be stacked on top of stoves, refrigerators and freezers. Make sure that stoves and cooking equipment are cleaned before they are stored. Clothing, curtains and drapes should be stored on hangers.
AIMS Self Storage is our convenient and economical choice for Propane Refills for your gas grill, camp heating, forklift, or your motor home in the Canisteo Valley. Did you know that refilling your propane tank is cheaper than exchanging it for a new one? When you exchange your propane tank you may be getting less propane than you expect.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Their "security deposit" is a total scam. if you move out of the unit prior to the end of the month you apparently do not even get a partial refund even if it is only a few days into the month. Although you have to pay the full amount of the security deposit regardless of when you get the unit. Quite a scam they have. Buyer beware. Do not recommend!

Warning: Don't go here! We prepaid to store all of our two sons' college items for the entire summer before the school semester was even over. When my sons and husband get there we're told the unit we paid for was given to someone else, okay fine. Then told we had to buy one of their locks to use, okay fine. Then a month later we get a phone call stating we have our items in the wrong unit and must move out.
And that someone else's belongings are moved in our unit! Get that resolved (allegedly). Then I get a past due bill email for the storage unit sent to my email and to our son. I reply to their email with copy of my paid in full receipt- no reply. More past due notices. I call and then am transferred to Mary who assured me all is fine and my sons' items are in our unit with our lock and they can easily access it.
We arrive to pick up our items and the lock was cut off by them and they put on their own lock! When we arrive I am boiling upset and she scurried us outside to avoid her other customer from hearing how negligent their business operates. Not a single apology. We get outside and I'm fuming bc my sons tools that are inside are incredibly expensive. I told her if anything is missing I will notify authorities and consult an attorney.
She stumbles out her story, blaming the computer saying they moved our sons' items out of their unit! When I question that statement she backtracks to say they "electronically" moved them out. I then said I wanted reimbursement for the cut lock and one month's rent ($75). She didn't think that was fair. She just handed me a $20 bill for the lock and that was it. Unbelievable!
Don't trust your valuables here! If they'd at least apologized and been forthcoming about everything it probably would've been fine. But I've been in retail management over 20 years, you don't discount a customer's frustration no matter how small or large their concern. Parents please don't let your college kids rent from here! Not at all secure.

I had a horrible experience here. I dropped off a manilla envelope to have delivered 100 miles and package just disappeared. Never got delivered, I called at least five times over three weeks and got the run around each time. I wouldn't ship one thing g from this place. They couldn't deliver a pair of socks would u trust them with anything more valuable?
