AD movers

Movers were professional and fast. The POC who I assume is the boss was not as professional. Apartment request for their insurance was unresponsive until I called a week later for the same request. I was told this is not the normal way we do things. It was then submitted to me instead of to my apartment. I requested movers for 9am and when they weren't there, I called and was told they would be there 15 minutes (which they were).

I told him I only have the loading dock for two hours and his response was, "Well why would you do that?" Because that's what my apartment allows. The movers accidentally knocked the legs off my desk while moving and had to stay an extra hour to fix it. I was charged for that extra hour until I called and he tried to explain why it was something wrong with my desk.

He said I'll take off half an hour. Although I was disappointed in his unprofessionalism, I tipped the movers, but I will not use them again. I shouldn't have to request their insurance multiple times, I should have received a call if they were going to be late and I should not have to pay extra for accidents made to my furniture.

I didn't get a chance to use these movers but I had called frantic one morning trying to get movers over Mardi Gras/ Ash Wednesday, moving from Uptown to the French Quarter. The gentleman assured me he could handle whatever I needed. Fast forward, a friend from work offers to do the move so I didn't follow up, but AD Movers did. They called to check in and see if their services were still needed. What?! I was in total shock and so appreciative. I will definitely call them when I need movers next time.

Had an absolute amazing experience with this company. Their employees were on time, were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. They also give really good rates compared to other popular moving companies in the city.

We had to move locally and packing in itself is stressful but from the moment the movers arrived they greeted us warmly and went right to work on moving our 1 bedroom apartment. We had some big items that they moved with ease and nothing was broken in the process. Carlos was wonderful and very personable and so were the other two movers (sorry I forgot your names!).

They placed all the furniture exactly where we wanted and disassembled and assembled furniture seamlessly. There was a hiccup at the end with the payment but it was all resolved and Adonay was very professional. We will definitely recommend this company for our friends. Thank you!

I went with AD movers because I felt their pricing was the best. However my experience with them was unprofessional. When it came to the move I hired three movers. One mover removed the protective covering I put on my couch cushion and was letting the cushion go out on a dolly into the wet street with puddles, until I stopped him. He also was on his phone numerous times throughout the move.

Or carrying the bare minimum every time I saw him. I also asked that no dollys be brought into the apt after being outside in the street, which was ignored and tracks were left on the wood in my new apt. When I called the owner to notify him of my experience, he was very dismissive and rude. Almost argumentative. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

We were on the phone going back and forth we for over 10 minutes. After I began to unpack, I noticed scratches in my apt and more tracks from dollys they used to carry heavy items. I really feel like my items were moved with no regard for their condition. I also referred a friend to use this company before my move and they showed up hours late to their scheduled start time. I hate this experience played out this way because I really thought the move would be seamless with AD movers.

AD Movers is an outstanding company. The movers showed up on time and were very professional. They got right to work after accessing everything that needed to be moved. I was surprised on how quick they got everything moved onto the truck. They were exact careful with moving fragile items. When we got to the storage unit, they ensured that the storage unit was big enough for everything to fit. In spite of the rain delaying them, they still completed the move in good time. If you are looking for a moving company, I would recommend AD Movers.

These guys are Top Notch at getting the job done. We had literally one day to move due to Me and my husbands day off. It started off with a little hiccup-nothing that they had any control over. Our moving trucks transmission went out before arrival. They sent a moving van out with 2 Professional Movers. It was burning up outside. They successfully moved our very heavy items without damaging them or damaging either properties (our old place to the new one).

When I (the wife) arrived at the new place, AD movers had sent another professional mover. So now we had 3 guys. And they worked HARD. In a professional and friendly manner while getting the job done. I wish I knew there names. I really do. Rest assured, AD Movers will take care of you. Thank you!

AD Movers performed an Excellent job for us. They moved us from a first floor apartment several miles away to a third floor apartment and were very careful with all our belongings. They expertly maneuvered up to the third floor and did it all in a minimum of time. Overall our moving experience was great and at a very good value. Polite, hard working men for sure.

I called AD Movers when another moving company did not have my confirmed reservation on file. I was stressed out because my move was just in a few days. On the phone, the gentleman who helped me was extremely courteous and professional. They moved quickly and smoothly from an apartment building into my new home. The two gentlemen were easy to communicate with and were very nice. I also thought the price was very fair.

This moving company was the best yet that Ive worked with in New Orleans and I've used 4 others. It was raining during our original scheduled time. The manager kindly offered to reschedule me for the afternoon to avoid everything getting wet! The guys, 2 of them, showed up on time and were well prepared! The truck was big and had brought many options for moving/lifting equipment.

This expedited the process. They were very careful with my things and well organized. They asked where I wanted things instead of just placing anywhere. Efficient and timely. Good quality for good price. I appreciate the hard work. The manager called me at the end to follow up and make sure everything went as expected. Great company! I was very impressed by my movers. They were quick (but careful), professional, on-time, and reasonably priced compared to other companies I looked into. They also did a great job navigating my building despite ongoing construction. I would highly recommend AD to anyone moving within the New Orleans area.

Visited my sister-in-law to help with the move and I saw how efficent you are, guys. The movers are polite and they arrived hours before the actual move. They also helped us with packing the retst of my sister-in-law's things. I wish there are movers like you in Massachusetts. You are definitely worth recommending!

We only had a large, very heavy conference room table to move, but they were very professional AND very reasonable. After moving the table, they even helped clean the heavy glass topper.

Admovers team did a great job! They were extremely gentle with all our belongings and busted their butts to get the job down quickly. They were 15 minutes early for our 8:30am appointment. We did lose some time in the drive from one location to the other, not sure if it was GPS or traffic, but when they were packing/loading/unloading they definitely were going as quickly as possible. The move included travel time to two separate apartments for belongings and moving it all to a 3rd location. Move was completed under 4 hours!

They were responsive. They called me fairly promptly. I gave them the information and we were able to set up a schedule. They showed up when they were supposed to. They had the right number of people there. They moved the stuff out. It wasn't a simple move, because the stuff that was removed from one condominium had to be delivered to three different locations. They did a fine job and they did it very quickly. They were professional and knew what they were doing.

AD movers was amazing. I spoke with Adonay on the phone several times trying to nail down a move date and time and his customer service was great. They were able to fit me in their schedule Sunday morning on short notice. They gave me a window between 9-12 and I received a phone call from a gentleman about 10 AM saying that they were 15 minutes away.

When they got there all 3 gentleman were extremely polite and professional. They moved everything from my house in New Orleans and I needed efficiently and were very careful not to go over the time I was quoted at. They unpacked everything and even helped me unpack the items I loaded into my car. Great job and couldn't have been happier!! They exceeded my expectations.
