Ace Delivery & Moving

Under no circumstance, trust this mover with your belongings. We hired them for a move to the lower 48. It is now day 17 after our belongings and vehicle were packed onto their truck. THE TRUCK HAS NOT LEFT ALASKA YET! The only answer I receive is "We don't know when a driver will be assigned yet." They talk a good game on the walk through, but do not be fooled.

Nothing that was discussed in the walk through has actually happened from packing, to providing secure sealed transport of our belongings. They had no issue taking our money however.

I had to move out of my house unexpectedly and they were here the next day to help me move all my furniture. Very nice and professional. Service: Moving-related packing

Called these guys last minute and they showed up, did everything great, didn't damage anything and moved a couch for my wife inside the house while I was at work. Super great customer service. Thanks!

The movers were great. I was quoted $600 for a 1000 lb hot tub move. I was charged 700, however, it was still less than half of what another company wanted to charge me. The actual movers were great but I wish their boss would have been a bit more honest with the actual move and did a walk through. If I even need anything large moved, I will be calling them.

They left a huge hole in my wall which they then refused to fix, and were clearly out of their league trying to move my piano. Unprofessional and scammed me. Don't hire these guys; you can do better.

I have waited my stuff for five weeks and I still waiting for it. The operator of Ace always said we will call you back when we get any updates. But it ends up that I have to call them every week (now every day). It is always no update. I need my winter clothes, my books, and my kitchen wares. I would not recommend your company to others. Since I have not received my stuff. I gave this company minus star.
