Three guys showed up right on time - always smiling and very professional. They got to it right away. No item was too big or too heavy. They worked like a team. Great Service. Will use them again!

Total of 4 team helped me move from Hawthorne to Cypress in about 5.30 hours. These guys are awesome and professional. Very happy with their service.

Scheduled a move from 9am - 10am. 1 hour before they called stating they need to change the time from 1pm - 3pm. The only thing they offered for the inconvenience was a 5% discount after pushing my move back. 3:45 pm no one has showed up, called customer service and they were not able to reach their employees. Customer Care said I couldn't speak with a Supervisor since they are the escalation team but they told me it was nothing they could do.

What type of company doesn't have a Supervisor willing to speak with paying customer when issues arise? Very unprofessional, Not Responsive, Extremely Poor Quality and Poor Value.

I'm a fairly impatient person and finding movers who are available at the last minute was really challenging especially considering the risk you take when you hire someone to move valuable, personal objects. I was thrilled with ABC Movers efficiency. They were available the next day, and the second time I hired them the same day. They were quick and careful with my furniture. And their customer service was friendly and effective.

It was a small move - but timing urgent. The booking process at ABC Movers was so easy and efficient - and the arrangements worked perfectly. I've used them twice now - and both times the moving teams were easy to work with, thorough and took great care of my belongings. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I entered a contract with ABC Movers for 4 movers and 1 truck/s, at $185/hour and a $100 deposit - nonrefundable to move me from 4016 Catfish Creek, Prosper, TX 75078 to 2200 Dr. Sanders Road on 8/28/21. Before my move date, I received a call asking if I minded multiple trips. I specifically said I do not want multiple trips. On 8/28/21, 4 movers came with a surprisingly small truckand began moving at 9:22am.

The truck did not have a lift in the back to assist with getting the refrigerator, heavy Kamado Joe Grill and my 75-inch Sony TV in the truck. Around lunch time they told me the truck was full and they needed to make an additional trip. Before delivering the 1st load to 2200 Dr. Sanders Road, the 4-men crew stopped for lunch. They were gone for 1.5 hours.

The 4th person never returned. My contract stated 4 men and a truck at $185/hour. They unloaded the first load and then 2 men and myself returned to 4016 Catfish Creek, Prosper TX to finish loading the large items such as the heavy Kamado Joe Grill, the 75 inch Sony TV, the refrigerator and a handful of other inventory items. The 3rd man stayed at 2200 Dr. Sanders Road to begin assembling the beds.

The 4thman never returned to the job. The 3 men delivered the final items. After a full inspection I realized: 1. I was missing a large decorative vase that went with two others (Exhibit A). I have a bad hip and was not able to go onto the truck and inspect it before they left to see what had been left there. 2. My Sony 75-inch TV was shattered (Exhibit B).

The men did not wrap it, nor did they put the blankets on it when they loaded it. All they could say was Ma'am we have another job to go to after this one. 3. My Kamado Joe Grill was so damaged that I could not even open it (Exhibit C). 4. There were scratches and dents on my GE Profile Refrigerator (Exhibit D, E and F). 5. There were scratches on my dining room table (Exhibit G and H).

The damages noted above exceed the moving costs I paid, of a $104.00 deposit paid on 8/19/21 and $1,667.30 on 8/28/21 (Total paid $1,771.30). I am disputing all moving charges paid through my credit card company. I will be filing numerous online social media complaints and a Better Business Bureau Complaint against ABC Moving Company for your Gross Negligence and Breach of Contract.

Reasons not to go with abc movers of dallas. *not an accredited company with the better business bureau. *doesn't vaule their customers *if you have a complaint you will be directed to someone with a false name and job title with no resolution to problems and or concerns. *there's no corporate office/ address at the bottom of the website for customer complaints. * no corporate head-quarters to hold these people accountable for the mistreatment of thier customers and unfair business practices. * please seek legal counsel if any problem arises with this company. * ask for the corporate number before your move. it will be the same number you called in on and they will all be in the same room listening to you and your compliant if any. *misrepresent-ion and false advertisement. * call one of there out-of-state locations and ask for a corporate number. you will hear lie after lie. *movers go over 2 hours to purposely charge their customers extra. *preparation will not be helpful you will be carged between $330-500 dollars on your move. $250.00 is the ultimate bait and switch. to get you in the door. *young inexperienced movers *management is unethical and lacks professionalism. * once the transaction has been completed and withdrawn from your personal account, you are no longer a vauled customer. *refuses refunds for damaged property. *micheal in the customer care department/ claims acts professional but missed a day in training on qulity customer experience. * refused to provide a copy of receipt * refused a copy of policy/ terms and conditions. **** you are not in good hands with this company. protect your items and all personal information.*****

Horrible. Movers were 6 hours late and did not even give courtesy call. I had to call them and turns out the truck broke down. ABC sent a different moving company in their place. ABC charged me deposit (as they should) and second company overcharged me for the move. Contacted ABC to correct charges and have not heard anything back except for we are looking in to this. Disappointed to say the least. Do NOT use this company.

Just wow. First time using professional movers. ABC Movers were perfect. The 3-man crew were professional and polite. They arrived within the timeframe they said they would. There was not any lacking or loafing around. The crew foreman was even pushing his crew to keep a good pace, because their time, is my money. These guys communicated with me perfectly and clearly.

They took and made suggestions. They were honest about the timeframe for our 2 bedroom apartment same city move. My wife and kids felt comfortable around them. I would definitely recommend ABC for your move.

We had a great experience with our crew of 5, Dave A., Dave W., Michael W. (Matt LeBlanc), Andrew (smell delicious) and our newly Zach. They were all so polite and sweet as can be. Our Red shirt Dave was just delightful and so personable. We certainly gave them a challenge and they did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend ABC Movers!

ABC Movers made the moving process as seamless as possible from start to finish. The moving team that helped us, Robert, Wofford and Henry were very professional, helpful and careful with our belongings. They arrived right before the window to scope out the items and when it was time to move they were so quick to get everything broken down and packed securely.

The unpacking went just as well and everything arrived perfectly intact. They were great throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend ABC Movers and our team of movers. They are professional from start to finish and I will definitely be using them in the future!

I don't often write Google Maps reviews, but wanted to do so to save others the time on figuring out movers - just go with ABC Movers Los Angeles. I did a ton of research before my move in Los Angeles (which was somewhat complicated - involved moving things from storage, picking up stuff at my Boyfriends apt, and then bringing it all to our new apartment) and decided to go with ABC Movers Los Angeles on the appeal of yes, the ABC Movers Los Angeles, and recommendations of friends.

From the beginning my sales representative (Corey) was super responsive via email and phone, organizing the entire move plan was extremely easy, and everything went 100% according to plan the day of the move. The entire team did a great job. Highly recommended.

ABC movers that came to move my daughter one room (bedroom) to her dad house came at 2:15 finished at 6:24. Keep in mind that the houses are 8 mins. apart. They charged me 415.00 dollars. A bed, two night stands, dresser. I try really hard not to complaint, but I feel as though I just got ripped off!

This was second time I moved in the city and was not looking forward to the process. First time I moved, the move did not go well. I decided to check out Google Maps reviews and was only going with a 5 star mover. ABC Movers Los Angeles has 5 star reviews on Google Maps so I decided to give them a try. I submitted a list of items to be moved and received a prompt estimate.

The estimate was a little cheaper than another one I obtained. I approved estimate online and set up moving day and time. All communications were prompt and professional. Had a slight issue with insurance certificate but was not ABC Movers Los Angeles fault. They provided proof of insurance and all was good. The day of move, workers showed up on time, were professional and extremely efficient. It ended up taking less time than quoted but was fine with paying 3 hour minimum. I will definitely use them for future moves!

What can I say. ABC Movers is the best moving experience We've ever had. Professional. Speedy and very courteous. Strong. Strong. Strong recommend.

Worst company ever. Stay away from ABC Movers in Dallas. The movers they sent me were very unprofessional and rude and on top of that they ruined several furniture pieces. They ask you for cash or credit. With cash, you get a discount. I guess they don't pay taxes if you pay them cash. My husband will seek legal action against this company.

This was such a disappointing move as the we enjoyed the movers, thought hard workers. even gave the $60 for lunch and tips for each of the two trucks only to find significant damage in one of the bedrooms in our new house. The mover when putting boxes in the attic storage area- put his foot through the ceiling stepping off the plywood subfloor. There was nothing in the storage unit before and in fact we had never been in the area before.

The did not have the decency to even tell us. Then when I called customer service after 2 weeks of talking to "their supervisor" it came back they would not pay or reimburse for repair of the damage as we could not prove they did it- really? New house that was unoccupied. VERY disappointed they would accept ownership. The repair estimates came in at $350.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The guys they sent smelled like weed, they damaged and almost destroyed our brand new washer, damaged our refrigerator, dining table, dresser, couch, and bookshelf. They took 4 hours with 3 guys to load up a 1 bedroom apartment and we were so upset with our experience we told them to just get the heavy items so we could leave and come back for the rest.

We were so upset about our experience even just from getting our belongings into the truck that we called to complain on the drive over to our new place. The only good thing ABC did was send over two extra guys to help with the end of the move. When we talked to the manager who arrived and told him our story, he said he had received similar complaints about drug use, slowness, and damage about this crew before yet they were still sent out to work with my move for some reason.

He also said to call and make a claim on all of our damaged items and gave us a discount for our move. When you call ABC's claims department, they'll tell you they care and will take a look at your case and fix it quickly. But in reality they will not contact you back, you will call again and again, no one will answer the phone, no one will email you back, and when they do tough luck because they're not going to help you whatsoever. They'll give you a claims representative named Ariel who will only email you to deny your claim and when you call to discuss it with her, she's "out of the office." They must get some awesome vacation time because she's been gone the entire month of November.

They told us since we didn't pay full price for our move we aren't entitled to even being considered for a claim and to pay up or forget about it. They said this was explained in detail to us on our move date when in fact, the manager encouraged us to call. He then did a 180 and said he definitely explained it to cover himself. Over a month later and they are still avoiding us, ignoring us, showing no regard for customer care, and coming up with any excuse in the book as to why we can't be reimbursed for our damaged property. Whatever you do, book anywhere else but here.
