Nice guys, hard-working team. Minus one star because they didn't do a very good job of cleaning up after themselves either at their old house or the new house, and its not much fun for the very tired homeowner to have to run around and pick up pieces of paper and spent rolls of tape and empty water bottles and other garbage all over the site after they leave.

Also note that both days they didn't estimate the right number of guys and the team ran into overtime both days - which makes the hourly rate go up by 50%. The second day I asked for two more guys halfway through the day when it was clear they were falling behind - If I had not asked for more guys, I would have incurred substantial overtime charges.

If I worked with them again, I would get agreement up front that I won't pay overtime rates if they run long. It's not the customer's fault that they don't provide enough guys to get the job done in an 8 hour workday.

Always fantastic, used them 3 times and about to use them a fourth. On time, work like animals, kind and courteous. Consistently impressed for 7 years

Junior, Angel, Gaberial, and Justin helped us with our move. They did a great job and made our move easier. They packed everything quickly and helped unpack as well. We would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

Definitely recommend Aaron's Moving Company. Especially I want to thank Davit, Shokan and Armen for great experience with helping me to move from Daly City to San Francisco. My new place had a lot of HOA rules around moving and this team followed them exactly.

We moved last weekend in San Jose. Junior, Justin and Brian were our movers. They were awesome! Very professional and courteous! Every time I picked up an item to help them out, they would stop and help me! I changed my mind about certain furniture. They were not frustrated or showed any anger, but happily moved the items. I would highly recommend them. And ask for Junior, Justin and a Brian. You will be in good hands.

Great group of professionals. They really know the business of moving and worked tirelessly until the job was done. We had 20 plus years of history to move from one house to another which included many cherished breakables. Not one piece was damaged when we unpacked this week. They were efficient, responsive, easy to communicate with and just a fantastic supportive group of guys to get us through this stressful time! Junior, Alan, Justin, Richard, Ronald kudos to you all! Additionally Nika in the office handling quotes and running interference with all our questions. Great, great teamwork!

When the time came for us to move to a different State, we began checking out different moving companies. To our extreme surprise we saw so many horror stories. We decided to go with Upack and got a 27' trailer and hired Aarons Moving to pack and load it up. They were extremely professional, always available for any questions, arrived on time, packed everything perfectly.

They loaded our very heavy piano as well. We went over 1,000 miles to reach our destination. After unloading we were pleasantly surprised to see that we did not have anything broken, scratched or damaged. We had lots of glass pieces and delicate artwork. We strongly recommend this company.

VS Crew helped me move my stuff from DTSJ to North San Jose. It took about 7 hours (including lunch break) for the whole move (2 bedrooms). All furniture and fragile items were handled with care. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, good communications This is the second time I have used Aaron's moving. last time was like more than ten years ago! Junior's team has helped me to move to a new home close by. Junior explained to me the fee clearly during the walk thru and his team has provided excellent service dispite the high temperature on the moving day! Furniture and items were wrapped properly and handled carefully. Thumbs up!

The guys showed up on time and went above and beyond packing and moving us from condo to new apartment. They made sure all our furniture was transported with no damages. I first heard about Aaron's Moving through a co-worker's recommendation, who had also used them recently. Nika from Aaron's Moving was very responsive when I asked for the initial quote, and Arina also checked in to confirm and remind me about the scheduled appointment, which was very nice. The estimate laid out all the potential costs so there weren't any hidden fees (other moving companies I got estimates from were very vague in the cost estimates). Dani and Eduardo were exactly on time, very polite and hardworking!

They wrapped up all my furniture securely and moved everything very quickly but carefully. When they were about to load furniture into my new place, they noticed that I had taken my shoes off and they asked if I would like them to take their shoes off. I thought it was very nice that they asked, but I still declined because foot protection is more important. Overall, I am very happy that Aaron's Moving sent Dani and Eduardo, and also very happy with Aaron's Moving in general. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know.

Save yourself the grief! This is not a professional moving company. They will charge you for the time they get lost and apparently they get lost often. This company helped me move around 2 years ago and around a couple of months after the move I realized several long and expensive coats of mine were missing. Sadly it was too late for me to do anything about it. Why would anyone hire a company that will steal from you?

Junior and Homedepo were great! Very knowledgeable and professional. They really cared about the integrity of my belongings and moved everything with care.

I've been hiring this company for ten years, and they're still my go-to for jobs big and small. They sent Richard and Micheal for an intricate job with multiple stops and exchanges at each station. They arrived at the first station promptly and had the items nearly wrapped up before I even got there. Great communication from everyone on text, phone, and in person.

The job went smooth beyond expectations. Masks were on the whole time. Very pleasant and productive morning with the central office and crew. I hope to work with Micheal and Richard again. Be well, everybody. See you next time. :

The whole experience was amazing! From the start, Alex on the phone was very friendly and communicated well. No hidden costs or anything like that. The moving crew was also amazing! Joe and Drew were both super friendly and really hard working. We finished moving from 1 bedroom apartment in around 4 hours (including the drive time). They really did an outstanding job: didn't damage anything and were very careful with all furniture. Thank you so much!

It's was my first experience of moving and I want to say that due to guys from Aaron moving it was not stressed at all. Guys were super quick and careful. I really felt that that were saving my time as a customer. I can recommend them for all!

The Aarons Moving men did their usual super job. This is the third time I have used them in the last 20 years and every time they have done a great job. This time they moved the items from our closed offices upon retirement which they had moved to the garage in our house under construction 8 years ago into their proper places in the new completed house.

Since we are 83 and 77, we really appreciated their ability to pick up heavy items and move them inside to their proper places, including upstairs. They are very willing to listen and follow wishes and instructions. Also, their prices are very reasonable. All in all a great experience and we highly recommend them.

This is a combined review for two office moves handled by Aaron's during the Covid era. I have expensive office furniture, and am very particular about how it is packaged and handled. I had previously used Aaron's for household moves, and liked their crews. I asked them to send me their best for these jobs, and they did. Five stars to Angel, Allan and Junior especially.

Plus one more fellow I can't exactly remember (I think his name is Jamie. The back office (schedulers and dispatchers) are also very responsive and professional. Appreciated that too. The reason I'm not giving this review five stars overall, is that Aaron's charges for certificates of insurance are very high. I paid $600 the first time for two COIs, and $300 the second time for one COI. Still, I like the crews enough that I would use Aaron's again. They were very careful, and that's what mattered most.

I had a great experience with Aaron's Moving! I had a lot of questions regarding my move and Alex was very patient and professional with all the various questions I had. I had scheduled an 8am appointment for my move and the team that showed up (Alan and Armando) arrived exactly as expected. Both movers were professional and courteous, and worked very efficiently.

Everything was said and done within 3+ hours. The rates were fair and the overall service was exactly what I needed. Couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Aaron's.

I was a bit hesitant with movers because I feel it's the luck of the draw, but I was pleasantly happy with Aaron's Moving company. We had a unique situation where we needed to move out one day and move into our next place the next day. A requirement we needed was that the movers could do 2 days - ideally with storing our stuff overnight.

They were able to do it for $150 overnight storage which was great. The rate was fair and they offered cash discount of $15 off per hour with cash - which we chose to utilize. The move out of our one bedroom took about 4 hours and 36 minutes - rounded up to 5 hours, and our move in took solid 3 hours. We do have a difficult bed so we expected it to take a bit. the movers were quick though and didn't take any breaks either day.

They wrapped our furniture up and it was great. Something worth noting is they do require everything to be in boxes - not open bins, so plan accordingly. We fortunately were able to make that work, but more transparency on the front end would be helpful with that. They had told me that they'd have boxes available, but that could have been a frustrating situation if we didn't have extra boxes already available.

Day 1 they showed up at about 1. They had provided me the time a lot of 12-5, which I thought meant it started at 12. What that really meant was that they'd show up between 12-5. 1pm wasn't too much later, but when your making plans for moving and such, that does make a difference. Again, Richards was great as well as his partner (I believe his name was Anthony).

They hustled hard with all our stuff. I do wish they had sent 3 people but based off sharing it was a 1 bedroom, it probably made sense to send 2. I think it could have helped speed up the process and I don't think the rate would have been much different for 3 versus 2. That also could have been my communication thinking it wasn't a lot to move.

Day 2 they were prompt on time and things moved so quickly with the unloading. I was super grateful and made moving (which is a pain) so much more bearable! Thank you Aaron's Moving and I'll keep you in mind in the future

The workers were extremely professional and courteous. However, a local move of a 3-bedroom to a 2-bedroom within the same apartment complex took a whooping 11 hours. I have no doubt that they were thorough and responsible, and do not wish to discredit the workers. It's just that the amount of time and cost it took do not seem justified to me as a customer.

I'd like to recommend this company for the excellent job. It's a second time I'm moving with Aaron's Company. And it went very smoothly and above my expectations. Movers were on time and very polite. Did the job very quickly. It's important since you're paying per each hour. And believe me I used another company before and I had to push mover to speed them up. Aaron movers have everything to pack your furniture and other staff.

So I don't have to worry, they helped me packed. And the most important is that all the furniture were moved safely, w/o scratches. Also, the price is reasonable considering the quality. Overall, Moving to another apartment is always stressful. Aaron's movers make sure it less stressful and really easy. Thank you guys!

Update: I'm not sure what happened to these people but I called to have a move done, they confirmed ok for Monday but never sent a quote. They stopped picking up and now on Monday they tell me that it was a "preschedule" and that they had no availability. It's one thing to need to cancel but to do this to people who are moving and are on a time crunch because of it is unacceptable.

Old review from 2018: These guys are great. They came when they said they would, and were completely professional and friendly the whole time. It started off with me giving an overview of what needed to be moved and Sergey giving me an overview of the agreement and having me sign it. Honestly I didn't even plan on moving everything completely but they handled packing and everything so I was able to keep all my stuff.

These guys didn't waste time either, although the charge is hourly each and every hour is worth it. I'd also like to say there was not a scratch on any of my property. Oh ya I almost forgot it was pretty impressive how fast Sergey was able to disassemble and reassemble my Ikea bed without any reference materials.

This really was a job well done! There has to be another company out there like this, but I haven't found one! If every business gave me service like the one I got with this company then I would be a very happy person, indeed. Let's start with the fact that their rates were low, but based on that alone is not enough to judge them, especially before they started.

They came in clean uniforms, nice organized truck, and positive attitudes. They didn't track dirt in the home and they were careful to lay padding on the nice carpeted area. They also laid floor-runners where the hardwood floor was to protect it. Everything was perfect. A job well done. Highly recommend!
