Nice friendly place, we have 2 units there and soon a 3rd. moving and trying to clear out the house to stage. they are very accommodating on our needs.

The Manager Nicole was wonderful and such a delight. Show me options many option and the was able to upsale a bigger unit. Great prices also

The Assistant Manager Nicole was a great help. I was unsure of the size I needed but she walked me the decision. Took me to two different sized units explaining how I could use the either unit to the best of my advantage. My unit was right off the Main Street which was a blessing while loading my items. I appreciated the offerthe use of the truck given to customers to bringing their items to storage.

Store Manager Camilie was quick and efficient while I filled out my paperwork She knows her products, pricing and specials. Ensuring I received the best price offered that would allow me to accomplish my goals as expeditiously as possible. If I needed to use a storage facility at another time I would go back there without a second thought. Thank you Camille and Nicole for all your help!

AAAA is a very clean and well run storage location. I have been with them for 3 years and would highly recommend to anyone. Whenever I have a question, management is quick to respond.

Worse experience ever! There rates and fees are ridiculous.they charged me 30 late fee and turn and added 132 fee on top of the late fee my total for 2months wr originally 340 wind up being 532.00 not to mention the girl had the absolute worse's attitude and was rude which is the easier way of saying it.especially when i asked herr to explain something to me.i recently went up there to get some things out and my stuff had a lock on it not even 7days after my due date which is unheard of.

I did manage to bring somethings home with me prior to them puting a lock on it and it was filled with hugh water bugs and other kinds of bugs to the point i had to open the boxes on the porch before taking it in my new house. I do not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Your store manager Christina need to be trained customer service immediately. She's rude and will definitely cause you all money. Customers beware!

This place is the best storage facility I have ever used. All of the staff were on top of their duties including any concerns I had and questions I needed answered. The grounds were always clean and neat. Even the other tenants were nice respectful people. On a scale of 1-10 I give AAAA on kempsville rd in Va Bch an 11. Thank you all for the outstanding service

I used a climate control unit and stored my home articles for several months. I Recently removed my articles and they was all in good condition and did not have any of that old storage smell on furniture, which was a blessing. They also had security which made me feel relieved knowing that my articles were safe. And no bugs or critters at all. Christine and her staff was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. If you are looking for a storage unit, I would greatly recommend using AAAA Self Storage and Moving.

Just called to get pricing on a climate controlled unit and spoke to a lady named Faith. I told her she had a beautiful name but didn't understand why she was being so rude when I inquired about other unit pricing. I asked for the managers name and she finally told me her name was Christina. Everyone goes through things and you should be more professional and treat your customers with respect. especially new ones.

Will not rent here. Update ** I received a message to contact AAAA Storage and spoke to the corporate office. I was very pleased with my interaction With Allison. She told me the lady I initially spoke to was very sorry for her treatment of me as was corporate. Allison told me if there was anything I needed they would be more than happy to help me in the future. Maybe we all just had a bad day. Will change my rating to 3 stars for the care I received from the office. I will give them a try after all.

We rented a truck from this location after securing a storage area (elsewhere) that we thought was a good deal.not so much! Back to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Amelia! We had such an exceptional experience with the manager who helped us with our first truck rental. They made it easy and were very professional; this was at the onset of Covid-19. The rental was extremely easy, so when we determined we needed another month of storage, it made perfect sense to come back.

Once again, Jennifer was super helpful securing the rentals. Hayward was kind and respectful when checking me in; taking me to the truck by golf cart and walking me through how to input the code and up to my very clean unit. If you need a truck and rental, this is your spot!

This was my first time renting a storage unit. The manager was very helpful and walked me through the building showing me the different size units. The paperwork was very quick, and the prices reasonable. The hours of access are also very flexible and there are carts that you can use to move your items in and out of the unit.

This is the BEST of the BEST in self storage! The BEST ever staff and customer service, extremely accommodating staff! The staff always goes out of their way to assist and always with a smile! The facility is always clean with easy access. The price is right! There are several different options available. I have been renting at AAAA self storage for years and it has been a great experience!
