AAA Nobel Moving

It has taken this company over 2 months to move my belongings and I still don't have them. They claim that their truck has broken down. TWICE! The first time, it took 3 weeks to get it out of the shop only to break down again. Unbelievable

These people are scoundrels. Do not trust them. They will absolutely rob you. Then never pick up your call. My belongings showed up completely destroyed and they offered me $100. I paid over 10k and there was 3500 worth of damages. Please avoid these people.

This is not a scam. People from this company have been calling me. They are related. Horrible moving company. Will absolutely rob you, then never pick up the phone.

Highly recommend, specifically Elena and Shir in the office and Lee and his team (MVP Brandon) in the field, for an efficient and stress-free local move in Miami. We asked for a full-service move--packing everything on Day 1 and loading/unloading/unpacking on Day 2. Pricing was very competitive with 3 other companies we contacted, and Nobel offered the best moving insurance option (competitive pricing and easy application). Elena and Shir are super responsive to all questions related to the quote and insurance, and even on the day of the move, Elena helped check and make sure logistics were set with the moving team in real time. We've had hits and misses with moving teams so we were braced for the worst, but we really lucked out with Lee and his team. They: + Coordinated well with management and neighbors at both ends; there were no complaints or comments.

We moved out of an incredibly difficult building (convoluted service access and short elevator reservations) into a 4-story walk-up townhome, and the team came fully briefed and prepared. + Worked FAST but not at all sloppily. Everything was packed well and securely, and furniture disassembled and reassembled well--so far, we have seen no damage to our belongings and homes. We'd like to specifically recognize Brandon, who packed and moved probably twice the volume as the next guy--and with incredible care.

He was a machine and did not slow down until the job was done. + Were very accommodating of particular requests. First, we scheduled an area rug cleaning to occur after they packed everything and before they returned the next day to move to the new location. They cleared the rugs as they packed and allowed the rug cleaner to work in tandem. And, of course, they helped move the freshly cleaned rugs to the new place and lay them out before arranging our furniture on top. Second, we asked for full unpacking at our new home, and the team really left with no packing materials remaining.

We specifically requested no boxes and asked the team to just unpack everything onto surfaces (and we'll put things in proper places later). They unpacked everything and took away all packing materials--blankets, boxes, wrapping papers, bubble wrap, everything. We prefer to settle in this way, and Lee and crew made it incredibly easy for us. + Cleaned up after themselves.

A small thing, but we very much appreciated it as a sign of utmost professionalism. Brandon went through each location to make sure no used tape rolls or wrapping paper was left behind, and the team took care of their own trash after lunch on both days.

Amazing. They did a long distance move for me. The company coordinates the move well and is very responsive. The movers were great! They are professional and great at what they do. They carefully packed all my furniture and everything arrived in one piece! They even re-assembled my floor lamps!

Avoid this company. We paid for a full-service, end-to-end move and received anything but. After asking for 100% of the fee up front (that should have been a clue) there was a lot of "hurry up and wait" with delivery dates all over the map, extra fees, and staff not knowing what was going on from day to day. Shipment arrived over a month late. Unloading crew was severely under-manned, with workers who took naps on the lawn while my wife and teen-aged kids did most of the work.

When it was over, they wouldn't even take away the cardboard boxes and packing materials ("That costs extra!") They will nickel and dime you to the end. Save yourself that trouble and use literally any other company.

I moved from Israel to Rockville and it was just fantastic! I was so stressed about it, and when the guys came they were unbelievably professional, fast and answer all my questions. Everything went smooth and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend this company if you have a move coming up, they are definitely know how to do the job!

I am moving to Brazil and they knew exactly how to handle the move. They knew about the papers and the taxes. When moving to Brazil this is the most important part. Also, the movers that came into my house did an excellent job! I couldn't be happier.

AVOID! Doing a long distance military move and this company was the local packing and pickup agent. Had no choice, but PLEASE do NOT use them if you have a choice. Did not show up on time and did not have the common courtesy to call. Showed up 3 hours late for a move that was scheduled for 3 days--2 days to pack and one day to load. The actual crew was fine and did a good job until around 5 pm.

At that point, a lot remained to be packed and the foreman said they'd probably come back tomorrow. Then the supervisor showed up and started trying to bully my wife into letting them work all night to finish everything in one day. They started rushing.not packing things, just putting them on a truck and saying they "would pack them back at the shop", not inventorying things.which is against the rules/contract.

When I pointed this out the supervisor became upset and started arguing. I also told them around 6pm that they needed to be done by 9pm. He again was upset and talking about how they would have to come back tomorrow.which was fine.that was the contract. Now, usually when you call out military movers on the regulations they are ok.they tried to pull one over on you, and you caught them.

But this guy was downright belligerent. Like he was the customer. Just a very stressful experience. Moving is stressful enough, save yourself the aggravation of working with this company.

We have all had good and bad moving experiences. I will never forget this one. My worst experience was with NOBEL MOVERS-Never Never Nobel. It was a Nobel Nightmare-they charged a fortune, stole cash from a wallet, broke several items, I worked with them for months to try to submit a claim-they never paid a cent for the damages-it was a NOBEL NIGHTMARE. I hope this review will save others from a Nobel Nightmare.

It has been over a month since pickup and my goods are still due to be shipped. There was also an overcharge in one of the invoices, but I am glad that at least the invoice issue was solved. Just hoping to receive my goods without damages.

I've never written a review in my life. I'm in the military and this was by far the worst moving company I have ever dealt with! I have a 1700 sq ft home so I have a decent amount of items. I got rid of some of the bigger items such as couches. So there is no excuse to take 20 hours, from 9am to 5am, to pack all of my stuff. Not only that, they did not have a big enough truck to load so they left a lot in the garage.

They told me they would pick the rest up on Monday morning but it is now 2:40pm and every time I call they say they are on the way. One of the workers was complaining to my wife that he was hurt and that's why he took 12 hours to pack a small room. On the way out the guy in charge asked me to tip him and his workers! You deserve a tip when you bust your butt for the customer and not milk it for 20 hours! Whatever you do stay away from this company!

It is very rare that i give a review. My review here is because the unusual service during the Covid-19 period. Nobel relocation Maryland is a company you can trust in normal and unusual time.

Moving an item from Washington D.C to Israel its not a simple process. But when I used Nobel relocation Maryland to handle the project, I found it very easy. Planning, Packing, labeling & transporting led by Sharon and his professional team! I will use them for sure next time when I will need a logistics team.

Nobel Van Lines helped move my family recently and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I've worked with some moving companies in the past that provide "low-ball" estimates and charge excessively for packing materials and time, so I was a little skeptical, but they exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job. Danny and Elena were incredibly prompt and responsive with their estimate and scheduling.

True to their word every step of the way. And the moving crew was far and away the best group I've ever come across. They were efficient, careful, and true professionals. I'd highly recommend them and hope I can use them again for future moves.

Nothing short of remarkable! Nobel Van Lines moved my 87-year-old Mom from Pembroke Pines to Deerfield Beach. They kept her posted before the move, helping to mitigate some of the stress, showed up on time - were courteous, efficient, professional, and kept the cost of the move under the estimate. What!? Personally, I've moved seven times over the last 20 years and I haven't experienced anything quite like it.

I have used many moving companies in the past but Nobel Van Lines has topped my expectations. They were timely, affordable, and delicate with all my furniture. They made moving a lot less stressful.

We used Nobel to move our entire business offices from Miami to Marietta, GA last month and it was a smooth experience. Our representative Danny was great to work with and provided the necessary information and scheduling to make the move happen within a small time frame. Our equipment and furniture arrived damage free, making the overall experience easy and smooth. We would definitely recommend this company.

Used Nobel Van Lines to move our house from Miami Fl to Los Angeles CA. They came and have me and my wife a free estimate back in August. We could not move until almost end of November. They came and packed us up and load all our items on Nobel truck. The packing job was superb. All items arrived to our new home in perfect condition. Delivery crew was amazing. I will recommend Nobel Van Lined any day any time. Great company great service.

I've used Nobel three times now in the past 7 years and they've exceeded my expectations each time. From quoting to actual move, I have been very impressed with how helpful and responsive they've been. The moving crews are very well trained, move efficiently in and out of a unit and typically finish faster than the quotes they've given me. I've never had any damage to my furniture or belongings and they've also navigated some larger items down and up tight staircases with no damage to walls. They make the chore of moving as easy as possible and I would not hesitate to use them again for a future move. Just hope it's no time soon. Thanks to Ben and his team.

One star is too much for this company. They moved us from Fort Lauderdale to NY. First, They coerced my wife into writing a good review while standing over her before they even moved us. They cracked our ketubah frame and packaged fragile items in the top of boxes like they were just disposable goods. Bins were broken, furniture scratched, etc. The icing on the cake was when they got to NY, the driver refused to drive the truck down our street because he said he couldn't fit and forced her to pay $400 to shuttle our items down the street.

The driver was not helpful to our concerns nd when my wife called the owner; Yaniv, he refused to tell the driver to drive the truck down the street. They held our stuff at ransom until we agreed to pay an additional $400. Even our building doormen and supervisor pleaded with the driver that bigger trucks had been up and down the street. The owner takes no responsibility for his actions and could care less about working with customers. Yaniv makes excuses to exert his power and screw his customers out of every single dollar he can. He has every excuse in the book so be aware. Awful company, awful customer service. STAY AWAY, trust me!

Moving is a terrible experience and they made it a pleasant one! Crossing the country was faster than expected and all got here perfect. Even when I had an issue with one part of the bed they reached out to a local person to help me. Thank you.

I know what you're going to say, "5 stars? Really? Is this review fake?" Believe me I would totally be skeptical myself because I have had some serious horror story cross country moves where they've shown up days late, and have lost and broken my furniture etc. but with Nobel Van Lines it was so, so different I almost can believe it myself.

We moved in last week and I keep thinking that were going to discover a missing box, but we haven't. Nobel charges a bit more then other estimates we got, but it was totally worth it. I would totally use them again. They were very professional and easy to reach. You call and speak to real person no problem, they showed up on time at every step of the move.

They even brought our stuff early to our new address less then a week after we gave them our new address! (We put our stuff in storage with them in Florida before we found our new place in Virginia). Everyone of the movers spoke English, they had a check off list of boxes / furniture to make sure nothing was missed. They wrapped up every piece of furniture we had in clean furniture pads (there were no scratches or bumps on any of our stuff.) A few things in boxes were broken, but I don't blame the movers for that as we packed our stuff ourselves.

We were only charged $75 extra dollars on move in for an extra flight of stairs, and I think that was totally reasonable. FYI: Nobel Van Lines did not actually do the second part of the move. They contracted another company named Eagle. (I don't remember) from Massachusetts. I would definitely recommend Nobel Van Lines to anyone.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, this being said. Avoid Nobel Van Lines. First off we got a Bad Quote. - They sent out an estimator and "suprisingly" they were by far the best price-- so naturally we went with them and thought that perhaps since they were a smaller company they didn't have as much overhead costs and so that is why it was such a great deal. Turns out on moving day, were were told that we had much more stuff than the estimator had stated and we would have to pay more money, which we did pay a lot more money than what was initially quoted. I'll leave it at that. -Secondly, Nobel also lost some of my belongings.

I understand that items can sometimes be missing, but the way they handled the situation, I felt that there was no attempt in locating my missing items. Its not so much about the "cost" of the items rather their "worth" and that one of those items was irreplaceable. Do yourself a favor, if a moving company is by far the lowest on a price estimate--Don't go with that company-you'll be paying the difference later!
