I've been a customer of Gibralta self storage for the last two years and found them to be very professional and thorough. I just recently visited to drop some things off from the summer and got help from Mr. Green who enthusiastically help me with this task; I'm 60 years old plus and going up and down steel ladders is not recommended for me with all my arthritis. He was extremely helpful. I recommend this business 100%

I have been with Gibraltar since 2008 and I have never had any problems. The storage area has always clean and safe. The owner and staff are very helpful and always greet me with a smile. I always get a payment reminder. Which is very helpful. I can pay online, over the phone or in person. The hours of operation is all also great. They are open 7 days a week. Which is great. So I would recommend Gibraltar Self Storage to my family and friends that live in the area. Thank you Raymond & Staff

The storage unit itself is outstanding, clean and had no issues the time I had the unit. The only bad thing is once it's time to move out the employees don't listen to what you're asking, wrongfully charged me for another month and now I'm getting the run around about getting a refund. I have called over 3 times and I'm always getting the same story, this and that person isn't in we will call you back.
The call back never happens and here I am still waiting for a refund which should not be the case had the employee listened to me when I was explaining I am moving out on the day I was supposed to which is prior to a new month starting!

I love this place. The staffs there are very nice and helpful. Raymond has been very helpful to me giving different recommendations about the size of the storage. Kenny has helped me a lot unloading boxes from truck. The truck arrived earlier that i expected but when i got there Kenny has started helping unloading boxes for me. What a surprise to me and nice person. I strongly recommended this place for personal or business storage.
