Excellent moving service from start to finish. From the initial assessment of what needed to be moved and cost estimates to the packing and delivery of my items to my new home I was very pleased with everything. Everyone that was a part of this process was friendly, professional and thorough. I would recommend Security Van Lines to someone looking to move without any reservations!

Very pleasant workers! Kind, quiet and very tender with our family dog who was stressed by all that a large home move entails. The ladies did an exceptional job of packing our breakables, as well as any remaining items that we had not yet found time to pack. It was a very pleasing experience during a very stressful time. We could not have been happier with the Johnson United crew that moved our belongings with care and efficiency into our new home in Colorado. Every member was polite, pleasant to work with and willing to please at every turn. They cared for our furniture and possessions as if they were their own. A long day made even longer because of a problem with the inventory numbers (a result of the NY crew) was dealt with without complaint. Would recommend them without hesitation. I used Security Van Lines to coordinate my move from Kansas to California. From the first contact, everything has been late. The person who came out to give me an estimate was over an hour late for our appointment. After I e-signed my documents, I never heard from him again. I had to call him to confirm the move date. On the day of the move, the guys were 3.5 hours late! Again, I had to contact my coordinator to find out what was happening.

When they finally showed up, they were nice and professional, and the loading did not take very long. Now, I am 4 days past the original date of delivery and my things are not here. I have placed several calls to get updates, and have been told it will be delivered today.yet no one can give me an ETA. I keep getting told to contact this person or that person, and whoever knows the info (if anyone does) is never available. Things were delivered on this delayed date.however I have furniture that is broken/unusable, several boxes missing, and my SOFA IS GONE. I will be contacting them to file claims, we will see how well they make this right. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and use another moving service.
