Compliments to Bill & his team! My primary concern for my move was getting the baby grand piano down three tricky flights of stairs. Bill & his team managed this feat with absolutely no problem. We were clearing out our mother's house and needed antiques, including a grandfather clock, moved first into temporary storage and then to North Carolina and Michigan. A Moving Experience handled both moves for us. Bill Ferguson and his crew arrived on time, were very courteous and respectful of our things, and were super efficient. Bill helped us establish what size storage unit to rent.
When the final move was scheduled, he patiently sorted out which pieces went to NC vs MI, loaded the truck efficiently and then unloaded and placed the furniture pieces in first and second floor rooms. We could not have been happier with his service.

With so many cheaper options to move your belongings why use a company with a 3 hour minimum when you only have maybe 1.5 hrs of stuff to move. Steer clear of a business that does not give any information on a minimum charge without telling the customer until after the job is finished. So many better moving company's that don't rush with your precious items and or forget items like this company has been known to do in the past

Needed to get some things moved to storage and gave these guys a call. Owner answered the phone and explained their pricing including a 3hr minimum and service charge. Guys were on time and got everything moved into my storage unit quickly & efficiently with no damage. Good local moving company to call and they even go cross country!

I needed to have a very heavy stone statue moved. Bill came out to take a quick look, and confirmed he could do it. A week later Bill came back with an assistant, and some moving equipment. It took about 2 hours, was a bit challenging, but he got the job done. Bill showed up right on time, did good work, and charged just what he estimated. I am very happy with the work done, and will call him next time I need help. Awesome Job!

One of the few companies to return a call. Owner called and reviewed fees. Most did not respond. Owner is completely involved in the process. Extremely prompt and upfront with fees. I want to commend them on making the process seamless. I wish I could give I would six stars. I do not do many reviews but when you receive service like this you have to review.

Quick response, trustworthy, wasted no time, very professional gentlemen. They moved my mother to Senior Living & they understood the situation & importance of her possessions. I highly recommend. No overcharges. Competitive pricing to other companies that barely had time to give a quote. Bill showed up the day I called to assure all would go smooth & it did. Yes, I am an actual customer.

Guess the main guys name is Bill. Called him up one day for a move- he told me the price - $80 fee and 180 an hour. I told him I'd like around 3pm but he told me he'd do 8 or 9am. My move took 1.5 hours. Bill charged me for 3 hours and claimed there was a 3 hour minimum. Bill never disclosed this to me over the phone or in person. You can't run a business and withhold that kind of information.
Nice helpers and Bills a nice guy too. He was in a hurry. They didn't get all of my stuff either. I paid $620 for a 1.5 hour move. I had a bed, couch and a few boxes. Had he told me there's a 3 hour minimum, I would not have scheduled an appointment for the move. Do not recommend.

Great experience with Bill and his crew! Bill was extremely responsive and gave us a great price. My family was moving my elderly mom from DE to Philadelphia (from a large house too small apt). Bill and his team were quick but careful and strategic about packing their truck with my mom's furniture and about 40 boxes. It was a smooth move and the team was quick on the other end as well getting things set up. I highly recommend A Moving Experience!

I used A Moving Xperience twice in the last few months to help with my move (I moved to a new place gradually). Bill responded quickly to my original inquiry and was really helpful. The pricing in both cases was straightforward and fair with no surprises. The gentlemen who came to move my items were friendly and professional. I ended up with a couple of dents in a wall/door frame between the two moves.
Nothing that paint and spackle could not fix, and not wholly surprising when moving large/heavy items in and out of houses. I would absolutely use them again or recommend them (hence the five star review).

I moved from CT to DE 6 years ago and decided to return home. I was not familiar with any companies in the area nor anyone that could provide a recommendation so the phone contact was important. The conversation gave me confidence I was selecting the correct moving company. We formed a plan and everything went accordingly I had 75 boxes, many with fragile contents and I'm thrilled to say not one thing was broken. That's right NOT ONE THING.
This was a moving first for me and i have moved 5 times using professional movers. I would not hesitate to give them the highest recommendation or use them again. Bill if there is a next time I promise I will have less boxes, you did a fantastic job.

My husband and I used these movers to move us out of one home, into a storage unit, and then into our new home! They had some hiccups, but Bill makes sure you are well taken care of. Ray is my favorite, such a chill guy and has a great sense of humor!! I might have scared Will a bit with my tall tales of the past homeowner and the basement, but he didn't skip a beat. Hard workers, easy going, and very understanding.

Staff was on time, efficient, and professional. Ray Ray, Don and Will were friendly and exceptional in their performance. They were careful with packing and unpacking made sure I was satisfied with placement of furniture and boxes. I was impressed with their work and the speed in which the move was completed in less time than the estimate given. I highly recommend A Moving Xperience.

This company was FANTASTIC. They immediately answered the phone when I called. They offered timely service to my convenience. When they came to move my elliptical it was seamless just straight up the stairs. Could not have asked for better service. I will definitely recommend this company, And it was so affordable. A Great Experience! After moving my mother ourselves in July 2014 we decided to hire a professional for her second move just two months later. I was a little nervous since I was in California trying to find a mover in Salisbury MD. After much searching I found A Moving Xperience and gave them a call. Boy am I glad I did! Bill, the owner, was very professional and answered all my questions including pricing.
Be aware there is a three hour minimum. We didn't need the full three hours, but it was worth it and the price was reasonable. Bille followed up with us promptly and kept in contact periodically until moving day. The day of the move Bill and his helper were prompt, courteous, and careful when moving the furniture. A Moving Xperience made the second move so much easier that I would hire them again in an instant.
