Becks was fantastic with every aspect of our new pool table and relocating our old one to another house for friends.

We were very happy with Beck's billiards. They had many more things in stock than some other places we had visited, so we were able to get our table right away. Staff was knowledgeable and a great selection of tables, felts and cues. Prices were fair and delivery guys were very personable. Great experience all around!

We love out pool table. It is solid and accurate which means it was set up and leveled well. A lifetime of fun. It is solid as a rock.

From first contact they were quick to respond, answered all of our questions and followed up with us every step of the way. We used their services to pack disassemble our pool table to temporarily place in storage. They did an amazing job. Professional, friendly and great communication made this a great experience!

We had Beck's Billiards move our Brunswick pool table into our garage during some renovations. After the renovations were complete some 10 weeks later, they came back and moved the pool table back into the house. Along with providing the clear space for our home upgrades, we had some upgrades done to the pool table as well. Jason and his team replaced all the bumpers and felt as part of the move of the pool table back into our home.

Everything went as planned and discussed without any issues at all. I highly recommend Beck's Billiards! Based on their performance for what we needed recently, we will certainly call them back for any future pool table needs!

Beck's Billiards has such a great team! We bought a used Olhausen from them over a year ago and had a great experience with setup in our home. Now a year later they helped us out again with disassembly/reassembly after completing a remodel. They are very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Nice work, our table had been in storage for a couple years. They asked to check the rails and sure enough they needed new rubber, we were able to get those done prior to assembly day. They arrived on time and did a great job. The table in back in use and working great.

Beck's was first class from the showroom through delivery and set up. Emilio stayed after close to close the sale. Made sure all questions were answered and offered expert advice. Communication for delivery and set up was timely. Delivery and set up team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Reviewed placement options and discussed impact of table placement on arrival.

This was a used pool table and it looks brand new. Came with all accessories needed and a 5 year warranty. Great to see a business operating in 2020 at a high level of service. Lifelong desire to own a pool table became reality thanks to Beck's team of professionals. Thank you.

Not sure why the voicemail and website say that they are opened on Sundays when in fact, they are closed. Glad I didnt make the hour drive our there for nothing.

Becks did a great job with my pool table purchase and installation from start to finish. Helping me with choosing a used table by taking the time to explain the differences was a great help. The crew arrived at my home on time were very professional and took the time to explain what and why they were doing things during the installation. I had looked at several other local suppliers but none could match Becks for deal or service. Thanks guys.

I love when I choose correctly. I was referred to Beck's Billiards via a neighborhood email group. They were flexible with our move when the close of escrow was delayed on our home purchase. They offered to come after hours if needed. They did everything in their power to make the process timely. Their attention to detail is surpurb. They reused the materials, it's perfectly level, they gave expert opinion when asked about where to best place the table. They were polite and trustworthy as well. Do not hesitate to use them for your pool table move. They will get the job done, make it easy for you, and will do it right.

Started corresponding with Jason Beck via email on 1/4/20 about selling our pool table to this company. After emailing back and forth on the 4th and 5th about the table and what price we were hoping for I got no further response from Jason. So I followed up on the 7th to see if there was any interest. The response was simply that they would not be interested.

I replied to see if there was a particular price that they would be interested in. The reply I received noted the most they could pay would be $200-300 for our table. I asked if they would purchase for $250. Jason's reply on 1/9 was yes, as long as it's in good condition and it had accessories that they could pick it up Mon - Fri the following week.

I responded on 1/9 with a long list of accessories that they could have and my availability for the next week. No reply. I emailed on the 10th to follow up and give some location info in case that determined the timing. No reply. My final email was on the 15th to see if there was still any interest. No reply. I obviously won't be selling my table to this company and I won't be recommending them to anyone either.

What an outstanding company. I contacted Jason on Yelp to move a pool table I purchased. He immediately responded with all details and schedule. The crew showed up on time and professionally disassembled the table and delivered and set it up at our new home. It's such a pleasure when things go perfect. I recently sold a billiard table through Beck's Billiards and it couldn't have been smoother. I sold it on consignment and was very happy with the payout at point of sale. They came and picked the table up from my place, marketed it, sold it, all I had to do was wait for the check in the mail. Thanks again for making the sale so smooth guys. We just bought a beautiful Olhausen billiard table from Beck's Billiards and could not be happier. It's a beautiful used table and we were very pleased with the package price, which included everything we need to start playing! Jason Beck took care of us personally and his installers arrived on time and everything got set up perfectly.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Jesse and Emilio showed up promptly at 9:00, disassembled the pool table, with great care, and were ready to move it within 40 minutes! Once they got to my home, it took about an hour to re-assemble. Poor guys had to put it on the second floor (Sorry!) There is a charge for delivery to a second floor, and I totally understood and was happy to pay it. Total time, with a 20 minute travel time between 2 locations, was 2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend Becks. Was a great experience!

Had to move my pool table when we replaced carpet during a remodel. Called several places, Becks was cheapest. The movers were very professional, even brought their own blankets so they wouldn't ruin carpet with tool boxes and walking. Very refreshing after all the workers and contractors that came in with dirty shoes. Will use them again and recommend if you need your table moved.

Easily the best billiards company in Phoenix. They really know their stuff, and they are excellent at installation. Reasonable price for our table purchase and install. We set a date and time. They were early, efficient and courteous. They gave me some options on colors I did not know were possible and the table looks great. I have dealt with other billiard companies in the past and I've always felt a little greasy when it was over. I either felt like I got ripped off or oversold. These guys were just the opposite. Again reasonable price and great install.

I agree with Chi H. who wrote on 3/19/14.the only difference being that I hired them based on a bunch of you others who gave them 5 stars. WTF. The guy was pretty gruff on the phone when I talked to him; my wife was there to receive the table, and said the installer was a really rude grouch, who had zero personality and nothing to offer other than to set up the table.

Clearly hates his job, and life in general. Oh well, our table is now home, and level.there are so many good options and life is too short to put up with that crap. Next time we will go elsewhere.just say'n!.

I called to get a quote for refelting my pool table. Maybe the person who answered my phone call woke up on the wrong side of the bed in the morning but this individual I spoke with was short and rude with me, would not answer any of my questions, refused to give simple price quotes. I took the business somewhere else, and got what I wanted within 5 minutes.
