This was the second time my wife and I used Blankenship Movers and we had another great experience. I worked with Sean in getting everything set up and he was very prompt and detail oriented in his communication. Our crew consisted of Martin, Oscar, and Brian and they were fantastic. They were professional, hard working, and friendly and handled all of our items with care. I would definitely recommend Blankenship Movers and we will use them again if and when we decide to move.

This week is the 3rd family move in 3 years with Blankenship Movers. Sean and his team have provided outstanding service and value with each move. Sean is flexible with arrangements and readily supports us with any request we challenge him with. Our most recent move was for my In-Laws with a multi stop move. Sean's team leader Pablo along with his co-workers Adam and Josh met and exceeded our expectations for professionalism, courtesy, work ethic and desire to help us with any request we made of them. My fiance and I used Blankenship to move from the city to the suburbs. I have used them previously and they continue to exceed expectations! Pablo and his team were very professional and respectful. They were quick and efficient but ensured all of our items were safely transferred to our new house without damage. Great service, really responsive and helpful in planning and execution. Also effective in following up on the planned process. Really satisfied. I have used them for 3 different moves and every time the experience was the same. Now, when it comes to the guys doing the actual labor, I can say they could use a bit of work. But, with what they do and how much they do, I am satisfied.

They were fantastic. They moved us from a third floor apartment to a home about a half hour away and did an awesome job. They were upfront and honest from the quote all the way to the end of the move. Didn't break anything, kept everything wrapped, and even made sure none of the new paint on our new home was damaged. They are very professional and communicative. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

I hired these guys to help me move into a bigger house and they all did an amazing job! Blankenship movers did a wonderful job! They were polite, professional, timely and took great care of all our furniture and boxes! They even made an extra stop to drop off a sofa at our son's apt! And their prices were very competitive even lower than some of the other larger movers. I would highly recommend them and use them again for our next move!

We moved my mother from one assisted living residence to another. These guys were very understanding of this special circumstance and were great at recognizing the high anxiety level of mom. They were very good at communicating throughout the whole process (from getting estimate to move day). The moving crew was great-careful and fast. We were very pleased with our moving crew! These guys moved 2 trucks full of furniture, boxes and everything you can imagine and had it done in less than 12 hours. That includes the nearly 2 hour drive to get to our new address. We were so impressed with how they handled our belongings! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! USE THESE MOVERS From the first time I talked with Kevin at Blankenship I was very impressed by his kindness, professionalism, and courtesy! They gave me the best bid out of all the movers that I had called. So, I felt very confident to schedule the date for them to move me. Over the couple weeks I had turned to them with many questions and Kevin, Sean, and Lou were very very helpful and provided answers to any questions I had and provided me with any additional information I needed to know. And, they were very pleasant, friendly and polite as well as professional! Pablo, Drew, and Drew, worked quickly, cautiously, efficiently, and carefully!

They even kindly provided extra help above and beyond whenever needed. The move was seamless with no disappointments whatsoever from the time they arrived at the single-family home I left to the storage unit where they unloaded everything carefully and meticulously! I was told 3 men and truck could move my 3 bedroom house in 5 hours. The crew was fantastic and never stopped. It was a 9.5 hour job and DOUBLE the price. Would never recommend again. When I called with complaint I was told it was only a quote, it could go over some. Yes, I would have been okay with 1-2 hours but almost DOUBLE? Again, not the crew.a BIG under quote by the company. Would never recommend!

From the time they got there there was a conflict as far as the travel time. I was promised and signed a contract for one hour travel time and Pablo insisted it was going to be two hours. Pablo, Drew, and Drew were like bulls in a China shop. An easy chair was ripped, the leg of the Buffet was splintered in half, and substantial damage was made to the corner of a wall in my new building.

I didn't realize they had done the damage to the wall until my landlord contacted me. I was quite embarrassed that I did not know about it and nobody had mentioned it. When I called Pablo about it he said he wasn't aware they did any damage either. You can see by the picture below that they are looking at the damage that they did -they were caught on camera.

I spoke with Lou about everything and he said that Sean would get back to me on Wednesday, September 1. It is now Monday, September 6, and I have not heard a word from Sean. I'm being charged by my new association for the wall damage. And because they say that any damages are paid out at $.30 per pound I was told that the chair and Buffet would have to be totally demolished so that they could weigh them and determine the value of the damage.

Don't get caught in the scheme of signing for $.30 per pound of damage. That just means they can rip, tear, and splinter and get away with it. Unfortunately I listen to Pablo's suggestion and gave them each a $40 tip. That was before I knew of the damages. I thought it was quite nervy that he would come in and say gratuities are excepted and it's typically around $40-$80 per man. Worse I feel really stupid that I listened to him.
