Allstate Moving and Storage has had my belongings for over a month with zero communication from the company. Every time I call they claim they are entitled to 'store' my belongings. First it was a month. Now they're claiming 30 business days not including holidays. Their 'customer service' is a complete joke. They don't offer any solutions or assistance, just 'I'm sorry ma'am' and explaining that's the way it is. I really hope I don't have to sue them to get my belongings!

I will NEVER recommend this mover. They damaged our stuff. I had insurance but after months' worth of battle they paid me $163 for items worth $1800. I was told about the damage by their own delivery movers. They are BIG time scam. They quoted me wrong amount over the phone and the day of pick up they came up with completely a different and thousands of dollars more. I am reporting them to BBB too for doing insurance fraud.

They arrived on time and quickly got to work disassemble, wrapped the furniture, also I needed some extra boxes which they had in the truck for an extra cost because I didn't have enough boxes, they pack my stuff very quickly and efficient, nothing broken. Transportation/moving, loading/unloading everything perfect, Great job and good team.

Don't use this company. WORST moving company we have ever used. Not the cheapest, but the worst. First, they spoke Russian which made communication difficult. If you call the company they will not respond but leave you on hold. Such little communication we were concerned our goods had been stolen (it has happened to us before). Then we get a notice of delivery less than 2 hours before.
Our development is so new it's not on Google maps yet. I texted him detailed instruction, which he couldn't understand because of the language barrier. My husband had to drive to meet him to lead him. The driver then ignored instructions from my husband to not drive the truck onto our NEW concrete driveway. He proceeded to drive onto and off of our brand new driveway which cracked two big chunks off the side.
The driver had an attitude. He wanted the remaining $5,000 immediately which we hesitated to do. What if they don't fix our driveway? We called the Sheriff who said the only thing we can do is file a claim. The driver continued to be rude throughout the time he was here. He ignored our request to not drag the furniture across our vinyl plank flooring about half a dozen times.
Many of our items were scratched or dented. Wish I knew how to post the pictures here. I don't normally leave such bad reviews but I am fuming that we paid such a high price for bad service. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We used them for two moves recently - a partial move into a storage unit and then a full move to a new house. Both crews were friendly, professional, and worked the entire time. The office is very easy to schedule with and helpful in answering questions we had about packing. Would highly recommend this company!

Best Moving Services. Movers my move without any issues. They wrapped up safely and were very carefully with our furniture. Made sure nothing will get broken or walls to be scratched. Team was friendly and respectful. Really glad that we used this moving company. Everything went well from start till they finish to move all our furniture.

I needed them to grab a few extra things that were quite large. Nothing was damaged or lost. They did an excellent job from start to finish. They worked hard and made me feel safe. They were responsive and punctual whenever I had any questions. I recommend them to everyone. Love this company Allstate Moving & Storage.

The guys did a great job when it came to moving very heavy items. We had a very big safe, some very heavy furniture and thought two guys even, wouldn't be enough. They got everything moved and on to the truck without any problems. They did a wonderful job and I'm very thankful for their service. Recommend this company!

They told me they were a local company and would treat my stuff like it was their own. They lied to me from the start. This company does not even deserve one star. They are by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It's difficult to know where to start with this outfit. They quoted me a price over the phone then proceeded to raise it by over a thousand dollars when they got to my house to pick up my stuff.
My moving date was very close so it was too late for me to back out and go with someone else so I let them hi-jack me. Then when they FINALLY got to North Carolina they figured out a way to charge me another 250 dollars before they would unload my stuff. They would accept only cash or postal money order at the drop off spot I'm sure because they feared a cancelled check or a disputed credit card.
They assured Me that that the reason for the extra thousand charge was because they could pile NOTHING on top of my motorcycle. When they were dropping it off it had tons of mattresses and boxes piled on top of it. They stopped taking my calls about losing 2 of my boxes and a set of golf clubs and the one extra carton (belonging to another customer) that they unloaded in my garage at night so I couldn't properly check what they left. Do Not Walk away from this outfit. RUN! Run as though your sanity depended on it!
