A 1 Self Storage

Liars! Said I paid 50 a month for six months when I rented them overcharged saying it was only the first month! Lie to get your business and then steal your money! Going to get my stuff asap!

I have had 2 10X10 units here since Aug 2020. I Just received notice of a 10% increase for one of them. I suspect another will be coming shortly for the other. I'm not allowed to raise the rent on tentants in my rental property during the year but these guys can do it within a few months. What the hell? I am NOT happy about an increase so soon after renting and will be looking for alternative options ASAP.

I am so happy to finally be out of Morena Storage and at a much better storage facility. This place is CLEAN, easy, no issues to get in, no stresses to go to your unit, oh- did I mention CLEAN!.Last the nicest people working here. I had spoke to Idalia on the phone. She took her time and explained, made recommendations and held a unit. I came in the next day.and, she walked me around, explained how it all worked.

I rented my storage.left and came back later in the evening. She made sure I knew what to do. WOW! Finally, EXCELLENT customer service! I give them a 10.across the board. Don't think twice- this is your storage. Even my boys said, this place is way better! I'm so happy.thank you Idalia!

I have returned to to this storage location time after time. The customer service is one of a kind (that is you Darlene). I can't express how clean and neat these storage units are. The whole place is air conditioned, which makes for a cool move in or move out and keeps my precious possessions from melting on sunny days. The added security code at the entrances provide a peace of mind.

There are also dollies available for use. The loading docks make for easy access to the storage building. The monthly rental price and amenities are a steal and we'll worth looking into. When you are there, ask for Darlene because she will help you make this process a very positive one. I will and know that when I need storage space, I will be returning to A-1 Self Storage off of Hotel Circle. Storage can't get any easier than this.

Idalia made the process of renting a storage unit so easy and smooth. She listened to my needs and even remembered she had a recent opening closer to the entrance that made moving my household into a smooth process. She was so on top of my reservation beforehand and followed up when she said she would. Overall this was a great experience thanks to her!

A-1 Self Storage in little Italy is amazing! Customer service was always the best for the seven months I stored my stuff there. I highly recommend to anybody especially to military due to the 10% military discount

My second time storing my abundance of furniture while between upgrades in homes. The ladies are so helpful and friendly. And the storages are well kept and very clean. I highly recommend!

This place is awesome! I've had to use them twice for my business. Always clean, professional, and accessible. I feel safe and the facility is top notch. I needed storage space last minute and A1 came through. They were very professional and friendly and the process was really easy and quick. I would recommend them.

I used A-1 Hotel Circle for around a year and it was an incredible experience all around! The place was spotless clean, the elevators worked well, and there were always carts to use. They were incredibly easy to work with reserving a unit and using auto-pay.

I found them online and loved that they had some awesome specials. first month free! I booked, they kept in contact via text and eMail to remind me of my start date, and everything was so easy. The location was easy to find, ample parking and easy elevator access to load/unload. I opted for climate controlled and am very happy with the whole thing. Pro tip: check on on yelp for a free lock (w/ three keys!). You'll need a special lock for this unit anyway.

Amazing customer service! Darlene went above and beyond when we were moving in and out of our storage unit. She worked with us when we needed it. Making it so much easier moving in and out. We've used this location for about five years and have been so happy! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We've transferred units a few times for more space and the process has been simple and the staff has been accommodating. The area and floors are clean and everything is well kept. Can't say enough good stuff about this place- would definitely recommend to others!

It's a nice place to storage but they keep Jacking up the rent every few months they're not worth the price that you pay to keep your stuff there I only get SSI from social security They keep saying the wreck bills up because of cost a living will my cost a living doesn't go up every month so now I have to move out because I can't afford to keep my stuff here but they don't give a shit at all Also why was switching my stuff from one storage unit to a smaller storage unit 1 of the tenants backed into my car and took off leo never call the police and waited until the guy was gone to come up and tell me my car was in an hit and run on there Property.

Was looking for a storage facility, called around a few places then I called and spoke with Leo at this location. He was professional, courteous and earned my business. When I went in to get started I met with Jeffery. He was just as wonderful so I knew I'd be happy to store my items here. The facility was clean and the staff was great.

All the personnel I dealt with at this location were great but Leo stands out as especially friendly and willing to help or answer any question. I would have no hesitation in using this storage location again if and when needed. After checking many places, prices at this location were competitive. The place is clean and very well kept. This the best experience ever had storing furniture before moving. The facility is completely clean it's brand-new very high-security the people that work there are absolutely amazing and caring and get everything to make it perfect. they're all very experienced and professional and absolute pleasant. locations easy to get to there's a locked fence and elevator need to code for special locks and your stuff will be totally safe

I was shopping for a place for storage and when I met Alexis and Leo I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful they are! Alexis even let me hold the space I was interested in for a short time(days). When I made my decision I came back and Leo helped me with the check-in process and again a pleasant, helpful, and friendly experience. The place has easy access and the air conditioning and radio are awesome.

I don't like listening to my ear buds when going thru stuff in my storage room, so having the radio is awesome. I like this place and how professional and friendly Leo and Alexis have been to me. I think I made a good choice.

Friendliest and well informed staff, super helpful, I love them. I had a unit here for almost a year and everything was great until about a week or two before I closed my unit. I went there one morning and there were these guys working out of their basement unit with guns and ammunition and wires and things that made me feel uncomfortable. It also seemed like they were selling stuff.

I told the staff and they told me he was military, which I'm sure they shouldn't have told me. I don't care if they are military I wish I was informed there were guns and maybe explosives in the unit next to mine. A couple days before I closed out my unit I noticed there was this unit which had apparently been broken into. I was moving things out throughout the day and noticed no one had done anything.

By the time I went back for my last move before 10PM the unit was still not fixed. Door lock was tampered with and the person's belongings were sitting right there, by just looking in I could see checkbooks, personal belonging, really valuable stuff. I called their 800 number because by then the office was closed. When I went back the next morning that unit was closed and locked.

The almost year I was there I noticed there were no security cameras in the building, only outside. I would spend almost 5+ hours there at a time and never once saw staff checking on anything. This location isn't the safest due to pure location so I wish security was more enforced. Facilities are greatly maintained btw. Once again I love the staff but was disappointed by the security. I was sad I had to close my unit, not due to issues, but I do hope they work on things.
