Update to my initial review 6/3/2022 - Thank you Cindy for reaching out and making things right. We were able to find a space that worked well for our RV and Cindy was very fast in turning the contract around. Appreciate your contacting us and helping to get us in. Here's my very strange experience with 422 Space Mall - I stopped in on April 8th 2022 to ask about renting a spot to store an RV.
We walked out and selected a spot, gave my contact information, and they agreed to email a contract and we would settle everything from there over the phone as we we're leaving on a trip with the camper. The contract never came through so I messaged to validate the address - no response. Multiple phone messages - no response. Finally was able to contact them Monday 5/1 to which they apologized and said they were going to confirm the space and get back to me that morning - no response. Called back the next day - no response.
Would have been nice to store our vehicle there though found a place just down the road with great customer service. I should have started there I would have saved a bunch of time.

The women that runs and owns this storage unit is the sweetest ever she's been nothing but so nice and understanding when I've been going thru a hard time most storage units would get rid of your stuff as long as you keep her posted she'll work with you I'm so happy I've stored my stuff here she's an absolute seeetheart spacemall storage in oaks thanks Kimberly Gulotta I was so afraid of losing my stuff but she put me at ease thank u
