367 Move

I was not impressed with this service at all. I was quoted two movers for 4 hours to move a one bedroom apartment, and its understandable if they undershoot but they sent me 1.25 movers for the price of two. They showed up 40 min after supposed to be starting at 8 which I got billed for and one guy was working fine, but the other guy really slowed him down and really dragged his feet all day which in turn slowed down the other guy.

It was a hot day so I can expect things to be slow but I was moving more stuff than the 2nd mover which for me I didnt anticipate moving much since I was in sandals and it still took 6.5 hours. 3 other people/families were moving into the new place so I got to see the hustle from other moving companies, they were out in a fraction of the time. It's like the one guy was incentivized to run out the clock, and while loading the truck he would look at his partner and say he can't do much since he's new and let his partner strap stuff down without even helping to move or adjust.

I expressed my frustration with management when I went to go pick up some cold water/gatorade and he offered 10% discount, which I probably wouldn't be writing this review had he honored it bc I'm looking at my statement and got charged the full price. I only give them the one extra star bc they didn't damage any of my stuff my only gripe with that is they only half wrapped my microfiber couch on the bottom pieces and sweat all over the rest. TLDR; Hot day but guys came late instead of when it was cooler, one worked one didnt, got charged for the price of two. Got to see other moving companies during the move and saw the hustle I was expecting but didnt get. Got charged for a lot of slacking off and wasn't honored the 10% discount. My recommendation is avoid.

Cody and Bobby were great! They even disassembled/reassembled my beds and made sure that everything was done that I needed prior to leaving. Best moving company around!

The guys did a good job loading up the trucks. They didn't take a few pieces of furniture, but got mostly everything. Had to asked them to put plastic bags on mattresses. Thought that would be pretty standard procedure for them but apparently not. No damage to report. I would use these guys again but make them aware of what you expect!

Pays attention to details, on time, excellent service. Even moved our Grand Piano with the proper tools. Highly recommend.

These guys do such a wonderful job. We have had them move us twice in the last 19 years and each time the service was great. We even had some of the same crew both times which shows they have experienced and good employees. Would definitely recommend them.

The guys who came and unpacked our Pack-Rats were great! After two days of unpacking, we had only a minor issue- One of them bent our dryer and said he would contact the owner to let him know so he could send someone over to fix it. We also contacted him about the dent but it has been about a month and we have still not heard back.

We moved with 367-Move last week. This is what professional movers should be like. They made the move absolutely stress-free. Arrived on time. Worked fast but with utmost care. Went above and beyond helping packing things they thought they can move with them. Set up the furniture in the new place in the designated rooms, and all re-built perfectly. Overall, we are highly satisfied we went with 367-Move and would recommend them to all our friends and colleagues. Keep up the good work guys!

Today we moved with this great company. They arrived on time and estimation was completely accurate: 4 hours. No hiding fees, best price, great three guys that took extreme care of our things, very nice people and willing to do their job not only on time but also with the best attitude. We had an appointment with 367 move and then Hurricane Harvey happened! They were very patient and great with rescheduling us! The movers were fast and strong! They moved us quickly and accurately! They wrapped our furniture and were very careful. I was happy with customer service too. I will recommend them to all family and friends. They also had very reasonable rates! Lowest I found on yelp! Great job and fast even though the three man crew was only two due to someone calling out. On time and took care of all my stuff! Jesus and Miguel worked their tails off! Will deff recommend.

Really disappointing company. Two very young guys showed up. Not professional at all. I have glass top tables (you tilt and lift glass out ) one of these guys was using a screwdriver to get the glass out. Needless to say but I will, my table was scratched. Took way longer to get our things moved than it should have. Would not use this company again.

They crew was everything you'd want in movers. smart, strong, careful, courteous, neat, hard working. If there were 10 stars, I'd give it to them. Really great experience.

Awesome service! I changed my move date three times and they were very accommodating. The guys came at exactly the time they said they would. Disassembled all my furniture and loaded them carefully with blankets. Reassembled everything at my new house perfectly. Everything was done in less than 2 hours. Professional, punctual, friendly, basically everything you want from a moving company.we all know what a stress moving can be. Plus, there price is great! These guys are the absolute BEST!
